Scammy company One of the worst companies of ever. Almost never ban cheaters, banned players for respecting rules in the past (because they don't know how to compensate/make offline events), the support is in the hands of volunteers able to do whatever they want to. No one from the company deal with tickets, and it's up to volunteers to choose if they want to sanction someone or help someone, eventually few technical tickes go to tech team if the volunteers choose to sent them to the tech team.

Gameforge is the WORST ! Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy".. no wonder they lose more players everyday. please dont get a contract with these scalpers and scammers !

Don't spend any money on this game I… Don't spend any money on this game I spent $200 to buy Aion coins, I can't even use them because they have a techinical issue, they don't want to refund me either, while immediatly I sent them a request for refund.And shown proof that litteraly I can't spend the Aion coins and that it logs me out when I try to do so. Nor can they give me an estimated time of when the problem will be fixed it could take months or years. GAMEFORGE I WANT A REFUND!

One corrupt company One corrupt company. They sent an unsolicited text to my elderly father and charged him a £3 subscription. I have LPA. I have spent hours trying to sort it out but they make it impossible to sort out. Customer services assured me that it was not a subscription and that they would refund the money. However, they then sent me an email telling me how to use 'my' subscription and completely disregarding our conversation. Now a third party has said that it not possible to refund the money but asked for my father's bank details. I cannot trust this company.
