They take away your in game stuff and in game money that you spent so many days and months crafting and earning. The stuff that makes you powerful in the game is mostly sold in their shop. Although I don't think they are to blame for the disappearance of the better parts of the maps it is annoying that they went. Really bad customer support. Virtually non existent.

Gameforge is the WORST ! Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy".. no wonder they lose more players everyday. please dont get a contract with these scalpers and scammers !

I've been playing aion for years. they don't banned the cheater because money,you reset some things that took you years to do. I wouldn't even dare talk about their communication and support that sends you an answer without even reading it. Anyway, a lot to say about this company if you see games under this editors just run away.

One corrupt company One corrupt company. They sent an unsolicited text to my elderly father and charged him a £3 subscription. I have LPA. I have spent hours trying to sort it out but they make it impossible to sort out. Customer services assured me that it was not a subscription and that they would refund the money. However, they then sent me an email telling me how to use 'my' subscription and completely disregarding our conversation. Now a third party has said that it not possible to refund the money but asked for my father's bank details. I cannot trust this company.
