the support is literally lying the support is literally lying, i am not saying they might be lying, they are 100% lying. i was charged with a 50$ payment but the product have never arrived. i have contacted support and it took them 4 days to get the initial response which was asking for my credentials. once i provided them with my credentials i was told that i was refunded and obviously believed it. a few weeks later i asked my bank if i was refunded and i was promptly answered that no i was not refunded gameforge simply lied to me. i got back to support which kept claiming i was refunded and ignored me once provided with my bank's statement.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely steer clear of this company at all costs. They have proven to be dishonest and are known for their deceitful practices. My account was inexplicably banned in Ogame, and when I reached out to them, they responded in an unprofessional and impolite manner. To my dismay, they disclosed sensitive information about me, including my gaming history, IP addresses, and other personal data. I have promptly filed a request for the deletion of my data under the GDPR Law and will be pursuing legal action to address this matter

The GameForge is the worst gaming… The GameForge is the worst gaming platform i ever meet, you cand spent 10 20k euro and they don't give a s..., you can get ban automatically from system and they don't investigate, they just saying you use illegal soft or hack. The system is wrong, the support is crap, ridicoulus they just try to scam you. Stay away from this company, scaming scaming, scaming. Each support team from all countries are a deasaster, this people are sick.

Worst game publisher 2024 This is probably the worst game publisher world wide. Their games are filled with Bots and Cheaters and there are lot of bugs (see their games, Metin2 & Nostale) They have no transparency and the players are left in the dark. I have seen a lot game publishers that were not doing a great job but Gameforge is literally the worst of all of them. You can also get banned for no reason in their game, if a GameMaster (GM) dislikes you or if a player has connections to higher ups (GMs, CMs, etc) you can simply get perma banned, because Gameforge ToS even say that you can get banned for no reason. Most of their games are empty if you compare it to the past and they already closed down a lot games/servers.

Gameforge Kills Everything Gameforge effectively kills anything that gets in it's hands, no matter what it is. The multiple reviews are just staples of testaments to Gameforge's history. A look into their history and news articles can also easily corroborate any negative review listed here, including multiple usages of "GameForge is at it again..." Once a game becomes useless for their pocket, they drop support, but start pushing sales upon sales to suck up every last drop of blood from the game. (Most recently, their flagship title that kept a lot of money rolling in, TERA.) They don't hesitate to push promotional sales 2 months before closure, then refuse refunds or chargebacks because they know they got their suckers in the net and there's no escaping it. I sincerely hope Gameforge eventually crashes and burns belly-up. It's the least that could happen to this company that doesn't care about their communities. "Your [enter game title here] Team" No, "our greedy team" should be their signatures on posts. Don't false advertise. You're never for your customers, because the bottom dollar is all that ever matters. Corporate greed is awful.
