Don't spend any money on this game I… Don't spend any money on this game I spent $200 to buy Aion coins, I can't even use them because they have a techinical issue, they don't want to refund me either, while immediatly I sent them a request for refund.And shown proof that litteraly I can't spend the Aion coins and that it logs me out when I try to do so. Nor can they give me an estimated time of when the problem will be fixed it could take months or years. GAMEFORGE I WANT A REFUND!

I played OGame for a while, the moderators support cheaters who make regular players spend money. You can not express your feelings in the game, you can't make suggestions. Whenever they don't like your facts, they will BAN you from saying the truth. They will literally lock your account while you are a premium user for something silly. Then whenever you try to get in touch with support, the moderator will ask for money to be sent to his PERSONAL CASH APP account. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

My account was inexplicably banned in Ogame, and when I reached out to them, they responded in an unprofessional and impolite manner. To my dismay, they disclosed sensitive information about me, including my gaming history, IP addresses, and other personal data. I have promptly filed a request for the deletion of my data under the GDPR Law and will be pursuing legal action to address this matter

I've been playing aion for years. they don't banned the cheater because money,you reset some things that took you years to do. I wouldn't even dare talk about their communication and support that sends you an answer without even reading it. Anyway, a lot to say about this company if you see games under this editors just run away.

the support is literally lying the support is literally lying, i am not saying they might be lying, they are 100% lying. i was charged with a 50$ payment but the product have never arrived. i have contacted support and it took them 4 days to get the initial response which was asking for my credentials. once i provided them with my credentials i was told that i was refunded and obviously believed it. a few weeks later i asked my bank if i was refunded and i was promptly answered that no i was not refunded gameforge simply lied to me. i got back to support which kept claiming i was refunded and ignored me once provided with my bank's statement.
