Gameforge needs to go After years... YEARS of me playing it, I have come to terms with this game being full blown Pay 2 Win with a recent package that the PUBLISHER released it to milk us to death. This is beyond ridiculous. This patch is not even english voiced that the devs left this patch korean voiced only... Devs are also trying their best to BS us and make everything SO MUCH Harder, basically having everything in the dungeon side, having nothing but one shot mechanics which I'm not very fond of, also having nothing but Hard dungeons in the dungeon list is making this game extremely hard to farm and get what we need. I'm done with this game that all I do every day is log on, chat with my guild and afk. And this is what's going to happen Bluehole if you keep making things so hard to players like myself and many others.

Permanent Bans/Support doesn't care Permanent banned in TERA after no warnings. ~Was in a guild ~Guild leader dissapeared and suddenly i got the lead ~Guild was high level so i stayed to receive some buffs ~Permanent banned because i was the leader of somehow "a racist guild" ~Support doesnt give half of a crap and doesn't wanna do anything about it even if they admitted I wasn't the one creating the guild ~Permanent banned after arround 600 hours in game Don't touch Gameforge games

the support is literally lying the support is literally lying, i am not saying they might be lying, they are 100% lying. i was charged with a 50$ payment but the product have never arrived. i have contacted support and it took them 4 days to get the initial response which was asking for my credentials. once i provided them with my credentials i was told that i was refunded and obviously believed it. a few weeks later i asked my bank if i was refunded and i was promptly answered that no i was not refunded gameforge simply lied to me. i got back to support which kept claiming i was refunded and ignored me once provided with my bank's statement.

Scammy company One of the worst companies of ever. Almost never ban cheaters, banned players for respecting rules in the past (because they don't know how to compensate/make offline events), the support is in the hands of volunteers able to do whatever they want to. No one from the company deal with tickets, and it's up to volunteers to choose if they want to sanction someone or help someone, eventually few technical tickes go to tech team if the volunteers choose to sent them to the tech team.

Gameforge Kills Everything Gameforge effectively kills anything that gets in it's hands, no matter what it is. The multiple reviews are just staples of testaments to Gameforge's history. A look into their history and news articles can also easily corroborate any negative review listed here, including multiple usages of "GameForge is at it again..." Once a game becomes useless for their pocket, they drop support, but start pushing sales upon sales to suck up every last drop of blood from the game. (Most recently, their flagship title that kept a lot of money rolling in, TERA.) They don't hesitate to push promotional sales 2 months before closure, then refuse refunds or chargebacks because they know they got their suckers in the net and there's no escaping it. I sincerely hope Gameforge eventually crashes and burns belly-up. It's the least that could happen to this company that doesn't care about their communities. "Your [enter game title here] Team" No, "our greedy team" should be their signatures on posts. Don't false advertise. You're never for your customers, because the bottom dollar is all that ever matters. Corporate greed is awful.
