Don't spend any money on this game I… Don't spend any money on this game I spent $200 to buy Aion coins, I can't even use them because they have a techinical issue, they don't want to refund me either, while immediatly I sent them a request for refund.And shown proof that litteraly I can't spend the Aion coins and that it logs me out when I try to do so. Nor can they give me an estimated time of when the problem will be fixed it could take months or years. GAMEFORGE I WANT A REFUND!

Better than expected! It's now the second time I had to contact Gameforge's support for their game called "TERA". In both cases they replied within 8h, what is very fast, especially compared to other online gaming companies. My issues (this time I an item disappeared) were resolved and the answer was friendly and helpful. I'm rather happy with them!

Gameforge is the WORST ! Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy".. no wonder they lose more players everyday. please dont get a contract with these scalpers and scammers !
