They take away your in game stuff and in game money that you spent so many days and months crafting and earning. The stuff that makes you powerful in the game is mostly sold in their shop. Although I don't think they are to blame for the disappearance of the better parts of the maps it is annoying that they went. Really bad customer support. Virtually non existent.

I've been playing aion for years. they don't banned the cheater because money,you reset some things that took you years to do. I wouldn't even dare talk about their communication and support that sends you an answer without even reading it.
