I've been playing aion for years. they don't banned the cheater because money,you reset some things that took you years to do. I wouldn't even dare talk about their communication and support that sends you an answer without even reading it. One corrupt company One corrupt company. They sent an unsolicited text to my elderly father and charged him a £3 subscription. I have LPA. I have spent hours trying to sort it out but they make it impossible to sort out. Customer services assured me that it was not a subscription and that they would refund the money. However, they then sent me an email telling me how to use 'my' subscription and completely disregarding our conversation. Now a third party has said that it not possible to refund the money but asked for my father's bank details. I cannot trust this company.
