LTWhen you get banned becayse you care… When you get banned becayse you care about your information security and use safe browser. They never warn you, and if you get in trouble in second part of the week you are doomed untill monday. They never explain problem in detail. But the worst I encountered was their statement "you had interaction with very well known gold seller". I mean how does very well known gold seller operates in game and you know it?

GBThe GameForge is the worst gaming… The GameForge is the worst gaming platform i ever meet, you cand spent 10 20k euro and they don't give a s..., you can get ban automatically from system and they don't investigate, they just saying you use illegal soft or hack. The system is wrong, the support is crap, ridicoulus they just try to scam you. Stay away from this company, scaming scaming, scaming. Each support team from all countries are a deasaster, this people are sick.

HUGameforge does not respect anything or anyone Gameforge does not respect anything or anyone. They don't care how money you spent on their products. They don't care how much time and effort you put into your accounts. They don't appreciate if you were loyal to them in the past 15 years even when everyone else was criticising their games. On the evening of May 26th the product team of one of their most iconic games 'Gladiatus' returned out of nowhere without having anything to do with the game in the past 6 years and banned out hundreds of their paying players without the possibility of appeal or any legal remedy. All because they were unable to fix a game-killing bug for MONTHS which was present in the game due to their ignorance and incompetence. Shame on you Gameforge!

GBOne corrupt company One corrupt company. They sent an unsolicited text to my elderly father and charged him a £3 subscription. I have LPA. I have spent hours trying to sort it out but they make it impossible to sort out. Customer services assured me that it was not a subscription and that they would refund the money. However, they then sent me an email telling me how to use 'my' subscription and completely disregarding our conversation. Now a third party has said that it not possible to refund the money but asked for my father's bank details. I cannot trust this company.
