Gameforge is the WORST ! Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy".. no wonder they lose more players everyday. please dont get a contract with these scalpers and scammers !

They should be called Scamforge They should be called Scamforge. Most predatory monetisation u can imagine. "f2p" games that require tons of money to even progress into an actual campaign. Bullcrap to say at least. Avoid at all cost,

The GameForge is the worst gaming… The GameForge is the worst gaming platform i ever meet, you cand spent 10 20k euro and they don't give a s..., you can get ban automatically from system and they don't investigate, they just saying you use illegal soft or hack. The system is wrong, the support is crap, ridicoulus they just try to scam you. Stay away from this company, scaming scaming, scaming. Each support team from all countries are a deasaster, this people are sick.

Your questions are left..... Your questions are left to other players to answer on forums. They take away your in game stuff and in game money that you spent so many days and months crafting and earning. The stuff that makes you powerful in the game is mostly sold in their shop. Although I don't think they are to blame for the disappearance of the better parts of the maps it is annoying that they went. Really bad customer support. Virtually non existent.

Better than expected! It's now the second time I had to contact Gameforge's support for their game called "TERA". In both cases they replied within 8h, what is very fast, especially compared to other online gaming companies. My issues (this time I an item disappeared) were resolved and the answer was friendly and helpful. I'm rather happy with them!
