Don't spend any money on this game I… Don't spend any money on this game I spent $200 to buy Aion coins, I can't even use them because they have a techinical issue, they don't want to refund me either, while immediatly I sent them a request for refund.And shown proof that litteraly I can't spend the Aion coins and that it logs me out when I try to do so. Nor can they give me an estimated time of when the problem will be fixed it could take months or years. GAMEFORGE I WANT A REFUND!

Gameforge is the WORST ! Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy".. no wonder they lose more players everyday. please dont get a contract with these scalpers and scammers !

My account was inexplicably banned in Ogame, and when I reached out to them, they responded in an unprofessional and impolite manner. To my dismay, they disclosed sensitive information about me, including my gaming history, IP addresses, and other personal data. I have promptly filed a request for the deletion of my data under the GDPR Law and will be pursuing legal action to address this matter
