Scammy company One of the worst companies of ever. Almost never ban cheaters, banned players for respecting rules in the past (because they don't know how to compensate/make offline events), the support is in the hands of volunteers able to do whatever they want to. No one from the company deal with tickets, and it's up to volunteers to choose if they want to sanction someone or help someone, eventually few technical tickes go to tech team if the volunteers choose to sent them to the tech team.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely steer clear of this company at all costs. They have proven to be dishonest and are known for their deceitful practices. My account was inexplicably banned in Ogame, and when I reached out to them, they responded in an unprofessional and impolite manner. To my dismay, they disclosed sensitive information about me, including my gaming history, IP addresses, and other personal data. I have promptly filed a request for the deletion of my data under the GDPR Law and will be pursuing legal action to address this matter

Gameforge is the WORST ! Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy".. no wonder they lose more players everyday. please dont get a contract with these scalpers and scammers !
