They never warn you, and if you get in trouble in second part of the week you are doomed untill monday. They never explain problem in detail. But the worst I encountered was their statement "you had interaction with very well known gold seller". I mean how does very well known gold seller operates in game and you know it?

The system is wrong, the support is crap, ridicoulus they just try to scam you. Stay away from this company, scaming scaming, scaming. Each support team from all countries are a deasaster, this people are sick.
