Avoid like the plague Got 3 months for the price of £20 to test it out, even purchased the diamond upgrade for better games. Not worth it AT ALL. There is NO OPTION to cancel subscriptions, they are all automatic recurring payments. Even if your payment method is NOT stored online they still take the payments and you can only get refunded if you contact support and don't access the keys. Worst service imaginable, a sly scam. ------ Just an update. After requesting a refund from them automatically renewing and taking a payment they banned my account and as a result I have lost over 10 games currently present on their website.

Warning - Stay away - Avoid Warning, DO NOT purchase from this company. I have had no luck getting any help from this company. They took $170 and did not provide any games, or offer a refund, when asked to, they cancelled the account, and still didn't give a refund. Filed dispute with bank. I recommend everyone who has gad isses with by this company do the same, and their credit card processing abilities will be revoked. Avoid avoid avoid. You are unable to get your games and cancel your account before they auto renew and screw you over. No cancel account button. Speaking with their support, they simply do not care. File credit card disputes, post warnings everywhere you can, and make sure none of your friends get scammed by these people.

By far the worst company i've ever had … By far the worst company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, i signed up by mistake thinking they were xbox arcade games, through many many email i was basiclly told i'm an idoit and should have known better. So had to pay for 3 months worth of truly awfull titles i coudnt even play. so so bad!! please please avoid at all costs!!! if you have any issue once you've signed up your on your own!!!

Automatic renewals unless you cancel, but cancelling removes your access to the remainder of your subscription, leaving you with less than 1 month to cancel at any point. Company policy is absolutely no refunds under any circumstance. Avoid at all costs, and save your money for Humble Bundle.

Scamers It's totally fraud, 1 month ago they give me one use free subscription but they ask me my credit card info. it's ok i bought 1 month free subscription, today they renewal my subscription without my permission for 33$. I never agree that. Than i'm opened ticket in their support, they answered me that they don't make refunds and removed my subscription. WITHOUT REFUND!
