BUYER BEWARE They keep lying that you will get your games in a few hours, contacted them 6 times, now they stop replying at all. I still don't have any games yet. They don't worth a dime, BUYER BEWARE. Purchase at huge discount from Slashdot Deals, they usually got good deals but this one don't deliver what I paid for.

Cheated out of my money I purchased a 3 month crate subscription. After 2 very bad crates, I decided to cancel the sub so that I wouldn't be able to get charged for 3 more months after this sub was done. When the final crate was supposed to be delivered, it wasn't. It wasn't until I contacted them twice during the week following when the crate was to be delivered that I heard back from them. They stated I wouldn't get a final crate because I cancelled my subscription before it arrived, and won't refund the money I paid upfront for the 3 month sub, as they don't give refunds. Worst business model and customer experience I've ever dealt with in my life.

Warning - Stay away - Avoid Warning, DO NOT purchase from this company. I have had no luck getting any help from this company. They took $170 and did not provide any games, or offer a refund, when asked to, they cancelled the account, and still didn't give a refund. Filed dispute with bank. I recommend everyone who has gad isses with by this company do the same, and their credit card processing abilities will be revoked. Avoid avoid avoid. You are unable to get your games and cancel your account before they auto renew and screw you over. No cancel account button. Speaking with their support, they simply do not care. File credit card disputes, post warnings everywhere you can, and make sure none of your friends get scammed by these people.

Do not subscribe to this service Do not subscribe to this service, you will never get out of it. I have been trying for 2 years to cancel my subscription and have not been successful. Every time I try to contact them, the website is unavailable. This happens until after the due date and then I get a notice that my subscription has been renewed. If I then send an email, they say that I should have canceled before the renewal date! The games are not worth the price either. There are never big-name games available.

They charged me 300 for a yearly… They charged me 300 for a yearly subscription saying I can't get a refund (which I accepted since it is a digital service) but when I began to ask to cancel the auto renewal of the service the customer service denied me, and terminated my ALREADY PAID FOR account. So I'm out 250 and there is no way to contact them. The email in their privacy policy/terms of services returns an error anytime it is sent anything.
