Every time I try to contact them, the website is unavailable. This happens until after the due date and then I get a notice that my subscription has been renewed. If I then send an email, they say that I should have canceled before the renewal date! The games are not worth the price either. There are never big-name games available.

Poor games, difficult to unsubscribe Tried it for 3 months, never had a decent game, all were poor indie games. Way to expansive and also trying to unsubscribe is nearly impossible. Wrote to these guys twice but never received an answer, stay away from this site.

Avoid this company - you will not get what you paid for The first two steam codes I got from them were recycled and had already been used by other customers. When I asked why they were sending out codes that had already been redeemed, they said technical problems happen. They got belligerent and told me that unless I sent them a photo of my credit card AND MY PASSPORT they would cancel my subscription - even though it was already paid for through StackSocial in advance. They also said it was up to me to get a refund from StackSocial - they wouldn't give me one when they canceled my account for refusing to send them my passport and cc. Stay far, far, far away from these people.

Avoid like the plague Got 3 months for the price of £20 to test it out, even purchased the diamond upgrade for better games. Not worth it AT ALL. There is NO OPTION to cancel subscriptions, they are all automatic recurring payments. Even if your payment method is NOT stored online they still take the payments and you can only get refunded if you contact support and don't access the keys. Worst service imaginable, a sly scam. ------ Just an update. After requesting a refund from them automatically renewing and taking a payment they banned my account and as a result I have lost over 10 games currently present on their website.

Ubershit this site offers 2 AAA games and some other fillers each month for a premium fee compared to sites like Humble Bundle you do not get any AAA games in your bundle you cannot remove your credit card details you cannot cancel your subscription without emailing them, they never reply lucky I used a debit card that I use for this stuff, that has $0 all the time and only money in it when I want to use it
