Used to subscribe back when it first… Used to subscribe back when it first started. Was amazing, cool black box, jammed full of good loot. I resubbed in feb, dear me. Got my "crate" yesterday which was a tiny package, with 3 terrible items. for £44 (with shipping) I have literally put them on the bin. I have one more "crate" due, cant wait.... Dont know whats gone wrong, but i would most certainly save yourself some money and avoid.

Very disappointed. Very disappointed.. I'm from the UK and waited many months for my Fallout Crate to arrive and it wasn't worth the wait. Only received four items, not worth the price at all and this is coming from a die hard fallout fan who has a large collection and was looking for unique finds. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am!! If your thinking of getting a Fallout Loot Crate.... DON'T!!!

Atrocious. Avoid. Atrocious. Signed up for a quarterly subscription in May 2021 for one year, so expecting 4 bundles to arrive. Only ever received 1 of the 4. The other three were delayed again and again and again. But still listed as being expected to be shipped to me at some point in the future. Now my order shows as cancelled and unfulfilled, without a refund for the missed deliverables. Contacting support gets nothing but automated responses. Avoid like the plague. You are better setting your money on fire.

FRUSTRATING!! FRUSTRATING!!!.....They have taken payment for two crates but I'm yet to receive anything. Dont bother contacting customer service as you just get a garbage reply completely useless information that makes no sense. Not happy at as this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son in July.

Terrible customer experience with Loot Crate Here's a recent example of the "customer experience" with Loot Crate, word for word from their own department: "Thank you for contacting us! Due to recent events, import and transit times of products have been globally affected. And a result, our shipping times have changed. Your December Loot Wear is now scheduled to ship out in February. (In reference to ticket 3453152)" So if your crates are months late, don't fret! That's just to be expected with this joke of a company.
