Terrible service I'm still waiting on missing items from my 1st original crate I ordered over 6 months ago with generic copy/paste from customer support. Absolutely pathetic scammer company! Absolute junk. I'll be going through my credit card for a chargeback as they clearly dont care about their customers in any way.

Not worth the money - constant delays Ordered a crate back in July due to ship late October. Shipping date was changed to early November, wasn't informed of this until halfway through the first week of November. Still no update, had to contact the company multiple times before being told the crate will now ship late November - no update received about this. Definitely won't be using this company again, especially given that other loot crate providers can get their crates out with minimal delays.

Avoid Ordered crate in early April 2021, still hadn't arrived by early August 2021. Customer service try and make you feel better by telling you it’s on its way when it clearly isn’t, they then offered to reship it which would apparently take an additional 12 weeks. Ridiculous; waste of time and money.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! I am in a 2 year arguement with them. They never notify you when items have been shipped. When you haven't received it they refuse to give you a refund and offer you something else you have to take. When that doesn't arrive they send you a link that doesn't work claimingit has been posted and delivered. I am out of pocket and nothing has been resolved. No self respecting human being should work or deal with this company.

Very disappointed. Very disappointed.. I'm from the UK and waited many months for my Fallout Crate to arrive and it wasn't worth the wait. Only received four items, not worth the price at all and this is coming from a die hard fallout fan who has a large collection and was looking for unique finds. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am!! If your thinking of getting a Fallout Loot Crate.... DON'T!!!
