I got 4 crates which were always couple month late, but last 2 crates are missing (february's crate is now about 5 months late) Did not receive tracking codes nor info for shipment delays. i have contacted customer support many times and almost always the exact same answer "your crate is already being sorted and prepped for shipment" Do yourself a favor and dont buy from loot crate!

Atrocious. Avoid. Atrocious. Signed up for a quarterly subscription in May 2021 for one year, so expecting 4 bundles to arrive. Only ever received 1 of the 4. The other three were delayed again and again and again. But still listed as being expected to be shipped to me at some point in the future. Now my order shows as cancelled and unfulfilled, without a refund for the missed deliverables. Contacting support gets nothing but automated responses. Avoid like the plague. You are better setting your money on fire.

they sent whatever they want ordered the loot crate, got what looked to be fright crate (after 2-3 months of waiting). contacted the service, they wrote me back after a couple of days (after reading the reviews here i feel lucky) just to tell me that i bought a general crate that can have anything, so this time they chose to send stuff from the fright crate for some reason and they think it's ok to get something you didn't pay for. luckly i tried just one crate so that's only 60$ down the drain..

Not worth the money - constant delays Ordered a crate back in July due to ship late October. Shipping date was changed to early November, wasn't informed of this until halfway through the first week of November. Still no update, had to contact the company multiple times before being told the crate will now ship late November - no update received about this. Definitely won't be using this company again, especially given that other loot crate providers can get their crates out with minimal delays.
