GBRecipient inbox is full! Wondered where my order was, so checked on order history. Still not dispatched, so clicked the contact us link, and sent off an email. Had an 'Undeliverable' auto reply stating that recipient mail box is full! Really doesn't fill me with any confidence that my order is going to be fulfilled. Guess their inbox is full of messages from people wondering the exact same thing

GBThey cancelled my order with no refund I ordered two Junji Ito crates back in August and December of 2021 on a subscription. Neither of these crates were received. By June 2022, the company cancelled my crates on thier end and did not notify me of this. I have submitted countless tickets for my two ordered to receive no replies. No refund of my £80 has been sent, nor have thr crates. This website has provided crates in the past however is mismanaged and untrustworthy.

GBThey do not fulfill subscriptions and ghost you when you want followup. They did not fulfill the subscription and ghost you when you are asking for updates. Purchased a quarterly subscription for my son and 3 of 4 boxes arrived. The 4th box was delayed and they ETA kept getting pushed out. They tracked it on their Delayed FAQ, and there the ETA kept being changed for the next month or two out. Finally, when contacting their customer support, instead of answering, they started saying "check the FAQ" and after that, they stop responding altogether.

GBFRUSTRATING!! FRUSTRATING!!!.....They have taken payment for two crates but I'm yet to receive anything. Dont bother contacting customer service as you just get a garbage reply completely useless information that makes no sense. Not happy at as this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son in July.

FII ordered Fallout 6-crate plan I ordered Fallout 6-crate plan. I got 4 crates which were always couple month late, but last 2 crates are missing (february's crate is now about 5 months late) Did not receive tracking codes nor info for shipment delays. i have contacted customer support many times and almost always the exact same answer "your crate is already being sorted and prepped for shipment" Do yourself a favor and dont buy from loot crate!
