GBAvoid Ordered crate in early April 2021, still hadn't arrived by early August 2021. Customer service try and make you feel better by telling you it’s on its way when it clearly isn’t, they then offered to reship it which would apparently take an additional 12 weeks. Ridiculous; waste of time and money.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS.........ordered one… AVOID AT ALL COSTS.........ordered one in feb still waiting for it sent multiple messages but no relief absolute shocking used to love them but now they're terrible they have until the end of the week or i'm disputing the bank charge and reporting them

GBRecipient inbox is full! Wondered where my order was, so checked on order history. Still not dispatched, so clicked the contact us link, and sent off an email. Had an 'Undeliverable' auto reply stating that recipient mail box is full! Really doesn't fill me with any confidence that my order is going to be fulfilled. Guess their inbox is full of messages from people wondering the exact same thing

GBVery disappointed. Very disappointed.. I'm from the UK and waited many months for my Fallout Crate to arrive and it wasn't worth the wait. Only received four items, not worth the price at all and this is coming from a die hard fallout fan who has a large collection and was looking for unique finds. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am!! If your thinking of getting a Fallout Loot Crate.... DON'T!!!

GBTerrible service I'm still waiting on missing items from my 1st original crate I ordered over 6 months ago with generic copy/paste from customer support. Absolutely pathetic scammer company! Absolute junk. I'll be going through my credit card for a chargeback as they clearly dont care about their customers in any way.
