For what started as a fantastic… For what started as a fantastic subscription box service this company since changing owners has gone down hill rapidly... The boxes used to contain pretty decent merchandise now if you are lucky enough to actually receive a box at all they are filled with the cheapest objects they could find... I would highly recommend keeping your money in your own bank account earning you interest... They are bullsh!tters who keep you hanging on with empty promises. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They do not fulfill subscriptions and ghost you when you want followup. They did not fulfill the subscription and ghost you when you are asking for updates. Purchased a quarterly subscription for my son and 3 of 4 boxes arrived. The 4th box was delayed and they ETA kept getting pushed out. They tracked it on their Delayed FAQ, and there the ETA kept being changed for the next month or two out. Finally, when contacting their customer support, instead of answering, they started saying "check the FAQ" and after that, they stop responding altogether.

Ordered fear crate, received sh@t crate ! Ordered fear crate in September to give plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. After 2 different support emails which essentially provided just stock answers as if they had not read my concerns at all I finally received the item on December 30th. Given that with shipping this item cost just under £60 the contents were truly terrible. A t-shirt of such poor quality it looms like it was made by a child, 2 badges and a cheap looking Dracula figure that would not be out of place in a happy meal. The entire box was secured with one small piece of sellotape which had clearly been opened and closed so the box may have originally contained more items. Just the worst experience and I cannot express enough how many people I have told to stay away from this complete rip off.

they sent whatever they want ordered the loot crate, got what looked to be fright crate (after 2-3 months of waiting). contacted the service, they wrote me back after a couple of days (after reading the reviews here i feel lucky) just to tell me that i bought a general crate that can have anything, so this time they chose to send stuff from the fright crate for some reason and they think it's ok to get something you didn't pay for. luckly i tried just one crate so that's only 60$ down the drain..

Terrible customer experience with Loot Crate Here's a recent example of the "customer experience" with Loot Crate, word for word from their own department: "Thank you for contacting us! Due to recent events, import and transit times of products have been globally affected. And a result, our shipping times have changed. Your December Loot Wear is now scheduled to ship out in February. (In reference to ticket 3453152)" So if your crates are months late, don't fret! That's just to be expected with this joke of a company.
