Can I 0 star? Can I 0 star? Absolutely poor- Account was removed for no reason and cannot be retrieved. The "advisor" couldn't tell me why. The account had not been used in a couple of years and would of liked to have started playing again with some friends. Will never use Origin again, absolute thieving ....

I purchased a Title just about 3 hours… I purchased a game just about 3 hours back. I am still trying to install it thought the ORIGIN APP... Is this a school project for 8 year old wanna be developers? I have never used something so counterintuitive in my whole pc/web design/development life (aporx35 years)... I am speechless and wish I would have read the reviews first.. I sure would have paid extra to have got this title elsewhere!!! Yes its that bad, avoid all companies that don't give a crap about your experience! Origin, its almost 10 YEARS of App end user nightmares, tell them kids to pass this project on to proper developers please and stop being inept! Totally unbelievable, I am looking into what can be done about this, its the way you are clearly treating people here! If you read this seriously consider using a better client/company, pay the extra or whatever, you will be glad you did.

Absolutely garbage posting this again because my review got flagged and deleted, I guess that's one way to silence complaints. Not only is the Origin client missing simple functions like finding preinstalled origin games it also breaks several game titles and makes them unplayable. A recent example would be Star Wars Battlefront 2, if the Origin ingame overlay is enabled the game won't accept keyboard input. Furthermore the origin client is prone to chrashing and freezing, also server issues are a constant problem. (log in not possible) For two weeks now my origin client has stopped working entirely and will only show pulsating grey boxes instead of Menus and text.

Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m having issues with transferring origin from my old lap top to my new and I’m getting nowhere in the 3 days since I reached out for customer support. All I want is to access the sims and I have had 5 different emails asking for the same info from 5 different people. Get it together origin I’ve spent a LOT on sims games over the years and you can’t even give the common courtesy of a real person to help me solve this problem in a timely manner?!

Games bought and owned to be rented suddenly.... 30 years ago I bought via EA Games all the Command & conquer games, and several Need for speed and some others. Some years after Origin started, you could not anymore access your games, without paying type of rent - for your personally owned games.... ! This is abusive, thievery, unacceptable. I demand all invested money returned, and will never again make use of EA Games / Origin. How can such practice be accepted worlwide ???
