I purchased a Title just about 3 hours… I purchased a game just about 3 hours back. I am still trying to install it thought the ORIGIN APP... Is this a school project for 8 year old wanna be developers? I have never used something so counterintuitive in my whole pc/web design/development life (aporx35 years)... I am speechless and wish I would have read the reviews first.. I sure would have paid extra to have got this title elsewhere!!! Yes its that bad, avoid all companies that don't give a crap about your experience! Origin, its almost 10 YEARS of App end user nightmares, tell them kids to pass this project on to proper developers please and stop being inept! Totally unbelievable, I am looking into what can be done about this, its the way you are clearly treating people here! If you read this seriously consider using a better client/company, pay the extra or whatever, you will be glad you did.

origin the worst launchers origin is the worst i do not care. first off its clunky as hell. my apex account got hacked by origin weak ass security measures. some bozo from thailand logged in how tf does origin not detect that are you stupid. steam is better. dont waste ur time. feel bad for the people who experience such a trash launcher

spent about 2 hours trying to add a… spent about 2 hours trying to add a friend from xbox through origin and no one is getting invites or showing up on searches. absolute garbage software, it's the equivalent of free malware. buggy and unusable

Mediocre I've had no real issues for the games I frequently play on Origin, however, that's quite literally 1 game...I've only purchased 3 games, mainly due to the very limited store and two of which I could only play for a couple of days and then suddenly unable to. The store is super limited so you can't get 3/4 of the games you want which counteracts the point of it. I can't seem to review games either on there which is very frustrating and suspicious. Overall, I don't have a problem with the 1 game I can play...

DO NOT BUY FROM ORIGIN! GO ELSEWHERE! I was finally able to contact an acual person on the phone for an issue with a game lagging so bad, we could NEVER play it. I explained my issue and after checking my system's info, he said that my computer was under the specs to play this game, which explains why we COULD NEVER PLAY IT. I asked for a refund or a credit for another game that we COULD play and after sending the dxDiag report to them, he told me that my request was denied because I waited too long to ask. I told him that their technology was seriously outdated if they could not tell that the game was never actually played. DO NOT BUY ANY GAMES FROM THEM!! SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I am spending my $$$$ somewhere else!
