Worst than epic games Worst than epic games when starting up my computer it automatically opens which is annoying as hell. Another reason why origin sucks is because it always prevents your pc from shutting down. I cannot fix this issue.

Absolutely Asinine Absolutely terrible platform that has no reason for existing besides EA's own sense of entitlement. Horribly optimized, terrible server management, and a complete lack of support features. I'd rather pirate every EA game in the future than pay for them and be forced to use the Origin Store and platform. EA has 100% lost me as a customer by forcing me to use this garbage.

spent about 2 hours trying to add a… spent about 2 hours trying to add a friend from xbox through origin and no one is getting invites or showing up on searches. absolute garbage software, it's the equivalent of free malware. buggy and unusable

DO NOT BUY FROM ORIGIN! GO ELSEWHERE! I was finally able to contact an acual person on the phone for an issue with a game lagging so bad, we could NEVER play it. I explained my issue and after checking my system's info, he said that my computer was under the specs to play this game, which explains why we COULD NEVER PLAY IT. I asked for a refund or a credit for another game that we COULD play and after sending the dxDiag report to them, he told me that my request was denied because I waited too long to ask. I told him that their technology was seriously outdated if they could not tell that the game was never actually played. DO NOT BUY ANY GAMES FROM THEM!! SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I am spending my $$$$ somewhere else!

EA App Over Origin? This is one of the worst online game stores. Not only is there such a limited selection of games, right down to the variety of genres (I'm still upset they got rid of so many good games in the "free games" section. A section I don't even think they have anymore) but everything that you purchase on this website is tied to EA. Which means, when you want to play that game you just purchased, you're gonna have to boot up that awful EA App that they're forcing on users now. That same EA App that has broken so many peoples games, that they don't even bother logging in anymore.
