Everything was done very well except… Everything was done very well except one little surprise. I was not told that UPS would be calling me to get my SSN# because Customs was holding the painting. The timing of their call was inconvenient but required that I deal with it immediately. This should have been handled by Zatista during the collection of shipping information. At the least, I should have been warned to expect to get a call from a stranger wanting my SSN#. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I'm an artist on Zatista I'm an artist on Zatista, I just sold painting from Zatista. Good communication with Melanie in regards to panting shipping, they immediately resolved the issues I was having with shipment so I was able to ship the panting within two days. As soon as the customer receives the panting, the gallery transfers the money Zatista is also a good platform for artist to sell paintings.
