GBCold sale update - Since the time that I posted this review, an agent contacted me to discuss my concerns. The agent gave me advice about how I might handle a possible sale. In the meantime, she of I've been informed that two buyers (separate instances) wished to buy a picture from me. I produced the photograph and prepared it for mailing in one case and sent it off in the other. Both sales fell through - the photograph that was mailed was then returned unopened. I have no reason to believe the agent didn't give adequate attention to the sale, but i do find the experience unsatisfactory. Since the time that I posted this review, an agent contacted me to discuss my concerns. The agent gave me advice about how I might handle a possible sale. In the meantime, she offered money from Zatista to cover my expenses for materials and mailing. I’m completely satisfied with the manner in which Zatista handled this problem.

GBSlow and confused. Shipping was very slow. The artist took almost two weeks to ship the painting, and so it took nearly a month to arrive from England. A second piece, a photograph, was never sent. Zatista stayed in communication and kept us informed, but the artist mis-labeled the size on Zatista’s website, then found that the piece was damaged, then couldn’t make a replacement as promised. All told, mediocre at best.

GBLet the art stand Zatista customer service reached out and gave me a credit for a new frame, even though I told them that wasn’t necessary, but they did it anyway! Now, my art hangs beautifully in my foyer and I love seeing it every day. I’m already planning my next purchase! I highly recommend Zatista!
