Good communication with Melanie in regards to panting shipping, they immediately resolved the issues I was having with shipment so I was able to ship the panting within two days. As soon as the customer receives the panting, the gallery transfers the money Zatista is also a good platform for artist to sell paintings.

Slow and confused. Shipping was very slow. The artist took almost two weeks to ship the painting, and so it took nearly a month to arrive from England. A second piece, a photograph, was never sent. Zatista stayed in communication and kept us informed, but the artist mis-labeled the size on Zatista’s website, then found that the piece was damaged, then couldn’t make a replacement as promised. All told, mediocre at best.

I have been working with Zatista now for probably over ten years and am pleased with their service and the quality of art that they accept. My questions have always been answered to my satisfaction and I am also pleased with the placement of my pieces, many times, prominently on the first page or two..
