Let the art stand Zatista customer service reached out and gave me a credit for a new frame, even though I told them that wasn’t necessary, but they did it anyway! Now, my art hangs beautifully in my foyer and I love seeing it every day. I’m already planning my next purchase! I highly recommend Zatista!

Everything was done very well except… Everything was done very well except one little surprise. I was not told that UPS would be calling me to get my SSN# because Customs was holding the painting. The timing of their call was inconvenient but required that I deal with it immediately. This should have been handled by Zatista during the collection of shipping information. At the least, I should have been warned to expect to get a call from a stranger wanting my SSN#. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
