Jasper 52 Live Auctioneers are THIEVES… Jasper 52 Live Auctioneers are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS, beware of this company. They post pictures of beautiful items, then once you pay they send you a complete piece of crap., and they don’t care how much proof you send them, I sent pictures of the stone they advertised (and the one I bid on, and paid for) and what they sent, on BBB they have multiple complaints about the same thing., they are completely fake, and dishonest.

Jasper52 has many legal misshandlings versus LiveAuctioneers clients and me as their client. Jasper52 has many customer relation issues to handle. They claim that a purchase contract from an auction with LiveAuctioneers that has been outsourced to them is not valid and cant explain why they dont ship and insure as of the terms that LiveAuctioneers have with me as a client. They delay to give information on where they sent a parcel and they dont deliver contact details to the listing agent that they clean have the responsibility. They avoid getting back in written on most of these issues and they dont call back as agreed. I now have escalloped this to the CEO of LiveAuctioneers as they have a legal issue created by Jasper52. Poorly handled from start to end. How can one trust Either of these companies when none of them get back and explain why the relationships are not honoured b y them?

Not only do they offer a varied menu of different auctions in many categories: jewelry, stones, minerals, antiques; but the quality of everything I have bought from them is unfailingly high. Truly a phenomenon!

Excellent Customer Service Experience I telephonically contacted Jasper52 this week to obtain the delivery status of my recent two purchases. Jasper52 representative Engelbert provided excellent customer service. He went above & beyond as he provided two links (overseas & USPS) in which I was able to check the status of my items purchased until their arrival. It gave me peace of mind.
