They post pictures of beautiful items, then once you pay they send you a complete piece of crap., and they don’t care how much proof you send them, I sent pictures of the stone they advertised (and the one I bid on, and paid for) and what they sent, on BBB they have multiple complaints about the same thing., they are completely fake, and dishonest.

Solid after purchase customer service I recently had an issue with the shipping of items won at auction. Jasper52 kept looking into it until they had an answer and then made corrections. Many companies now drop their customer service efforts after payment is received. This experience was much, much better and speaks highly of Jasper52.
