He went above & beyond as he provided two links (overseas & USPS) in which I was able to check the status of my items purchased until their arrival. It gave me peace of mind. Solid after purchase customer service I recently had an issue with the shipping of items won at auction. Jasper52 kept looking into it until they had an answer and then made corrections. Many companies now drop their customer service efforts after payment is received. This experience was much, much better and speaks highly of Jasper52.
