Jasper52 gets my Five Stars, A* rating. Jasper52 is an excellent source for all things good and beautiful. They have been among my top auction houses for some time. Not only do they offer a varied menu of different auctions in many categories: jewelry, stones, minerals, antiques; but the quality of everything I have bought from them is unfailingly high. Truly a phenomenon!

Jasper52 has many legal misshandlings versus LiveAuctioneers clients and me as their client. Jasper52 has many customer relation issues to handle. They claim that a purchase contract from an auction with LiveAuctioneers that has been outsourced to them is not valid and cant explain why they dont ship and insure as of the terms that LiveAuctioneers have with me as a client. They delay to give information on where they sent a parcel and they dont deliver contact details to the listing agent that they clean have the responsibility. They avoid getting back in written on most of these issues and they dont call back as agreed. I now have escalloped this to the CEO of LiveAuctioneers as they have a legal issue created by Jasper52. Poorly handled from start to end. How can one trust Either of these companies when none of them get back and explain why the relationships are not honoured b y them?
