I am very much into gemstones now for over 23 years and noticed it was hosted by Jasper52. I watched several auctions before bidding and finally placed several bids after reading and watching with some questions to Jasper52. I just received the most beautiful Santa Maria Aquamarine; it came yesterday from Fantasy Jewelry. Many other items are listed in the auctions at times. Jasper52 has many legal misshandlings versus LiveAuctioneers clients and me as their client. Jasper52 has many customer relation issues to handle. They claim that a purchase contract from an auction with LiveAuctioneers that has been outsourced to them is not valid and cant explain why they dont ship and insure as of the terms that LiveAuctioneers have with me as a client. They delay to give information on where they sent a parcel and they dont deliver contact details to the listing agent that they clean have the responsibility. They avoid getting back in written on most of these issues and they dont call back as agreed. I now have escalloped this to the CEO of LiveAuctioneers as they have a legal issue created by Jasper52. Poorly handled from start to end. How can one trust Either of these companies when none of them get back and explain why the relationships are not honoured b y them?

Quality Gems , sparkling custom service. I bought several items from Jasper 52 auctions and had the total cost for it tallied up . The next day i noticed a charge higher than i had figured and looked into it on Live Auctioneers and then Jasper 52 customer service. The charge was by accident and i was reimbursed immediately. All fixed , no problems.

recommend If you see Jasper 52 for the first time online just like me, you may give more trust to them. I faced some shipping problems after payments made, and was feeling very helpless; but Tony from the CS team continued to support and follow up my case till it's solved. It really takes patience and efforts to do so, i truely thank the team, would recommend this auction house.
