Timely replacement Recently, an item I had purchased using the on-line auction service Jasper52 arrived broken. After informing the staff at Jasper52 of the situation, they contacted the seller. They also kept me informed of the status via email. In less than three weeks after contacting Jasper52, I received a replacement for the broken item. Excellent and very rapid response from all parties involved because the original and replacement items were both sent from Asia.

They post pictures of beautiful items, then once you pay they send you a complete piece of crap., and they don’t care how much proof you send them, I sent pictures of the stone they advertised (and the one I bid on, and paid for) and what they sent, on BBB they have multiple complaints about the same thing., they are completely fake, and dishonest.

I have had wonderful experiences with… I have had wonderful experiences with this company. Recently, I needed help with my account, and received it right away. I was able to complete my transaction shortly afterwards and spent the rest of the evening excited about my most recent fascinating purchase. When compared to similar firms, I have found Jasper52 and their staff to be the best!

CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE RESCUE! UPS screwed up the delivery (with multiple attempts to deliver to the wrong address before returning the item to the seller), but Jasper's customer service contacted the seller's (Galerie Prints) customer service, who sent the item to me via Uber. That's good customer service!
