GBSolid after purchase customer service I recently had an issue with the shipping of items won at auction. Jasper52 kept looking into it until they had an answer and then made corrections. Many companies now drop their customer service efforts after payment is received. This experience was much, much better and speaks highly of Jasper52.

GBTimely replacement Recently, an item I had purchased using the on-line auction service Jasper52 arrived broken. After informing the staff at Jasper52 of the situation, they contacted the seller. They also kept me informed of the status via email. In less than three weeks after contacting Jasper52, I received a replacement for the broken item. Excellent and very rapid response from all parties involved because the original and replacement items were both sent from Asia.
