I have been waiting to hear back to get my full refund as I was also made to think that this was a monthly plan, not an entire year subscription. Their website states you have 14 days to get your full refund, so I am really hoping that they pull through and respond to me before then, but after reading these reviews I am losing hope.

GBWas fooled by thinking it was a monthly… Was fooled by thinking it was a monthly subscription instead of annual subscription. the website advertises a monthly price and when I realized my error... I contacted Artgrid for a refund. Artgrid declined since I downloaded some stock footage. ok I said refund 11 months and charge me for 1 month. never again. even though I have paid for a full year. I won't use their service due to their poor customer service.

AUGreat footage, Terrible interface Good Quality Clips - Terrible User Interface The user interface is the most painful thing I've ever experienced. It takes over 60 seconds and three different pages to download each individual clip! The footage is great, but the platform itself is terrible. Also, their other platform Artlist is a giant collection of the worst, most unusable music I've ever heard. They will never be as a good as storyblocks, where you can download each clip in one click.

GBVery deceptive advertising As a designer for a small company, saw this ad on a video and thought it would be another great free stock photo site like Pexels, however these images are NOT free at all. It functions almost exactly like Alamy: you have to pay for everything. Which I'm fine with as a rule, people have every right to charge for their images. But it's deceiving to advertise a site as free when it isn't. There are other sites out there with amazing stock images that are actually free (no cost & no attribution req), so I encourage people to look into those instead. Only gave 2 stars cuz the images are very nice quality. Could be good for much larger companies who have the money to spend.

BGNon-Authorized payment, no billing support - feels like scam Correction after 2 weeks communication. REFUND ACCEPTED ------------------------ However still a good idea to have auto-renew option ON-OFF directly from your account. No one is answering to my email for refund. Auto-renew option is by default and THERE IS NO OPTION to stop it from your account. Paid $299 for one more year WITHOUT my permission and there is no contact with the support team for cancelling and refund.. If you want to cancel the subscription you'll have to stop your credit card with the bank, because they will use it for years... as it looks like.
