DEHORRIBLE User Interface, here's why The music/ footage artlist and also artgrid provides is wonderful, beautiful and an excellent way of improving one's videos... BUT I just have leave 3 stars because the interface is HORRIBLE!!!! Yeah that's right it's the most annoying thing ever... the interface is just made to look beautiful but it's absolutely unpractical. There are also a s*** ton of JS Scripts being loaded, everything has to be animated, you can't really work with tabs or baths download videos and then there the shopping cart... I mean, WHY??? what's the point of that? Shutterstock or iStock have a really simple, not the best looking, but practical interface... the interface should be built to support the search for music and make it easy and fast and not a pain in the ass!

GBWas fooled by thinking it was a monthly… Was fooled by thinking it was a monthly subscription instead of annual subscription. the website advertises a monthly price and when I realized my error... I contacted Artgrid for a refund. Artgrid declined since I downloaded some stock footage. ok I said refund 11 months and charge me for 1 month. never again. even though I have paid for a full year. I won't use their service due to their poor customer service.

GBThis company is a scam - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not make the mistake of signing up for an account. I signed up and cancelled before my one year renewal because I was not using it. I received a message from them saying my subscription was cancelled and I would not get recharged. However, once the renewal date came around, my credit card was still charged. I reached out to customer service 3 times and have not heard back. They do not have a phone number available anywhere on the site. And their email address is hidden in FAQs (you really have to dig for it). I have now wasted at minimum two hours trying to contact them. I am still trying to resolve this but will most likely have to contest the charge with my credit card company which is an additional hassle.

CABe aware - Very poor experience. Be aware. They don't send subscription renewal notification emails. We had an annual subscription, and by the time we noticed that the subscription was renewed, they would not refund the payment even though we had not used the service for almost a year. You can't even manage your subscription on your account page, no cancel button or instructions. Instead, you have to search on the help site and then send a message to ask them to cancel the subscription. Very poor experience.

GBVery deceptive advertising As a designer for a small company, saw this ad on a video and thought it would be another great free stock photo site like Pexels, however these images are NOT free at all. It functions almost exactly like Alamy: you have to pay for everything. Which I'm fine with as a rule, people have every right to charge for their images. But it's deceiving to advertise a site as free when it isn't. There are other sites out there with amazing stock images that are actually free (no cost & no attribution req), so I encourage people to look into those instead. Only gave 2 stars cuz the images are very nice quality. Could be good for much larger companies who have the money to spend.
