A huge con - Do not sign up A huge con. You're advised you can sign up for a 'free account' when after you attempt to do so, you get stung for an entire year. Cue arguing with Art Grid for several days whilst their skeleton crew eventually decide to refund you. Having used Envato, Istock, etc these guys are absolute cowboys in comparison. Total con - avoid like the plague.

This company is a scam!!!! This company is a scam!!!!! Do not sign up with them! Free trial" is not free! Good luck getting a refund or them canceling your subscription. They do not offer a monthly fee! They advertise it as monthly but they charge you a annual fee!. They should be placed on every financial institutions watch list! This company is disgusting.

Bad service. Cancelling not easy. Cancelling your subscription is not easy. If you didn't sign up with PayPal, you have to contact the support. Good luck with that. I've contacted the support 11 days ago. No answer yet. Today, I've contacted them for the third time, and the automatic response included: "It could take up to 3 business days for us to reply." Worst customer service ever.

Was fooled by thinking it was a monthly… Was fooled by thinking it was a monthly subscription instead of annual subscription. the website advertises a monthly price and when I realized my error... I contacted Artgrid for a refund. Artgrid declined since I downloaded some stock footage. ok I said refund 11 months and charge me for 1 month. never again. even though I have paid for a full year. I won't use their service due to their poor customer service.

HORRIBLE User Interface, here's why The music/ footage artlist and also artgrid provides is wonderful, beautiful and an excellent way of improving one's videos... BUT I just have leave 3 stars because the interface is HORRIBLE!!!! Yeah that's right it's the most annoying thing ever... the interface is just made to look beautiful but it's absolutely unpractical. There are also a s*** ton of JS Scripts being loaded, everything has to be animated, you can't really work with tabs or baths download videos and then there the shopping cart... I mean, WHY??? what's the point of that? Shutterstock or iStock have a really simple, not the best looking, but practical interface... the interface should be built to support the search for music and make it easy and fast and not a pain in the ass!
