SEBad service in Lauritz Nivå I bought 3 lots from Lauritz Nivå. Cannot book one lot transportation from website. When I asked Lauritz Nivå office what was wrong with the booking, they didn’t answer. Instead, they ask for double price for another two little single things even though they promised they can be sent in one pakage before I paid the post mail.

DKForeign Buyers Stay away...... I purchased a lot of Glassware.. I have set up my account in English.. I come to pick up the lot and I can see there is damage... I tell them that and is told, it is written in Danish and they do not garantee anything that is not written in danish.. as they do not manual translate anymore.. it is done by Google... So all foreign buyers beware... and all Danes that have their account set up to show the description in English... I will follow up, as it can not be legal...

DKMy item (a goldring) was never send to… My item (a goldring) was never send to me. I called and wrote several times since the costumerservice gave me wrong informations about the parcel. They mixed up the parcels and gave me wrong numbers and informed me wrong that it was send and waiting for me. It was never send and i have to do all the contact with GLS to get back to Lauritz.! Then LAURITZ would “look for the ring, because they were sure they send it”..! Its now 3 days for looking and no reply on my mails about my money back or my phonecalls. I was nr 1 in que, for 4-5 min it rings and then its another person saying the receptionist is “at lunch” ( at 13.20??). Im so annoyed and just like to have feed back about my item or my money returned. How difficult is it??😕 And no i didnt recieve the parcel! It was another item i bought and recieved. The costumerservice said it has disappered before it was even send: Now im promised my money back tomorrow “ when his boss is back”. I have been waiting 8 days now.

DKBe very careful I visited the Nivå branch today, in order to get an item valued. She starts, sensibly enough, by looking up the retail price for the item, as it is still being sold. She tells me “it sells for kr300 new”. That sounds wrong, so I leave. In the car I Google the item myself, and it sell new for kr3.000, 10x the figure she mentioned. I re-entered the office, in order to request that she check again. She wanted me to look at her screen, which seemed pointless. Then, one of her colleagues says she agrees with me. The price-as-new is kr3.000 online. I was astonished at the unprofessionalism and left promising never to buy or sell anything there again. People, be very careful if you rely on their valuations. It seemed amateurish, as I was able do a better job myself. Sad.

DKSubmitted an item for valuation Submitted an item for valuation, got a rude email back telling me to sell it on qxl. I asked them why, and why they wouldn't even evaluate the item (as stated that they would on their website). I got a rude and unprofessional email back stating a price that I can only assume they plucked out of thin air. Im not even mad or complaining about the price, it's the tone and unprofessional way they conduct themselves.
