The quality and SERVICE Is great The quality is great. The design and spelling of last name accurate. The only thing that went wrong is the colors were reversed. I wanted tan with black lettering but got black with tan lettering. Maybe a preview photo before final product would be good. ***Previously I rated this company four stars because all was perfect except the colors were reversed. But when they saw why I rated four stars instead of five, the corrected the order immediately and set a new rug! All is perfect now! I am really impressed with the customer service and this company!

We bought 2 mats from this company! We like the Christmas mat so much that we decided to upgrade our everyday front door mat to a newer and larger one. Very professional and the design and quality of the outdoor rug/front door mat was exactly as the photo selected on the web site. This is our everyday mat. We previously purchased a Christmas mat which is also beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Customer services was great! I love my new rug! Customer services was great! Answered all my questions and in a very timely manner. The sample was large enough (6"x 7 1/2") to get a good idea of color and pattern and how it would feel under foot. I ordered a 4'x7' and it measured exactly 4x7, which was very important to me since there was less than 1/4" add'l space between the stove and island. Very pleased with my new kitchen rug and would definitely recommend RugsThatFit.
