USHonestly I was a little cautious about… Honestly I was a little cautious about the subscription with the price tag, but after my cat got the sample box he refuses to eat his old food. It’s so much better for him and he really enjoys it. I can’t wait for his first full box to come.

USSmalls - A Terrific Company This company - Smalls - has the absolutely greatest customer service I have ever experienced, and I do a lot of shopping online. I ordered from them when they were brand new, just starting. It goes to reason that every startup will pay very close attention to their customer service, trying to impress. But there was also something a bit different about them, even then. The food, the packaging, the attention to detail, nothing overdone, everything simple but perfect. I decided to stick with them to see how long they last and if they manage to keep their standard. Many years later, they are still the same wonderful, responsive, pleasant, and attentive folks as they were way back then. I would like to encourage everyone with cats to give these folks a try. And no, I am not getting paid or rewarded in any way to write this review. And no, I do not write reviews, ever. But I had to this time because of how impressed I am by their way of doing business and by their extremely personal touch. It’s rare but it does exist. Thank you, Smalls. Don’t change, please.

USWhat a kind and amazing company. We ordered food in hopes that our kitty would eat more and gain some weight. Unfortunately yesterday she wasn’t doing well so we all took her to urgent care, including our 4 year old son who did not want me to go alone with her. We were told that she was in final stages of kidney failure and were told to take her home, say goodbye and bring her back later so she could cross the rainbow bridge. She crossed over in my arms with my husband by my side. Today we received our order. I reached out to them and they immediately issued us a refund, asked for pictures so they could post a memorial and gave us a discount for the future in case we get another kitty. What an amazing company. We will be telling everyone we know and will definitely order in the future if we get another kitty. Thank you for being so kind during such a hard time.

Made my cat extremely sick!! I really bought into this company’s hype. I bought several chubs. My cats were a bit hesitant, but one took to it pretty well. Unfortunately, she became VERY ill. I took her to the vet who was not happy I was feeding my girls this diet. I got a message from the company that there had been some quality control issues, resulting in a recall. I wanted to return it all — but they refused to take back anything that wasn’t in the recall batches. They got very ugly with me — even after I told them their product caused my cat to be very ill! They couldn’t care less. My vet says this diet has to much “handling/processing” that allows for human error like with what happened to my girl and their poisonous food. Just, BE WARNED!!

USMy cat loved smalls from the first bite My cat loved smalls from the first taste. I mix it with canned food that she’s used to eating. The experience of ordering and delivery was all positive. I appreciated the ease of changing my auto ship date as well.
