GBput two senior kitties' health at risk I have two senior kitties, one 14 and the other 16. They've both been super healthy all their lives. Not too long after Smalls changed their recipe last year, the 14 yo started experiencing severe constipation (almost had to take him to the emergency room) and the 16 yo started drinking and peeing a lot more than usual. I've read about the potential kidney risk with nutritional yeast, which is amongst what was added to the new Smalls recipes. I have now switched them to Viva Raw (because Just Food For Cats was out of stock for almost a month) and they seem to be getting better. But I ended up with a full freezer of Smalls cat food that I can't use, as well as over $900 in vet bills.

GBWhat a kind and amazing company. We ordered food in hopes that our kitty would eat more and gain some weight. Unfortunately yesterday she wasn’t doing well so we all took her to urgent care, including our 4 year old son who did not want me to go alone with her. We were told that she was in final stages of kidney failure and were told to take her home, say goodbye and bring her back later so she could cross the rainbow bridge. She crossed over in my arms with my husband by my side. Today we received our order. I reached out to them and they immediately issued us a refund, asked for pictures so they could post a memorial and gave us a discount for the future in case we get another kitty. What an amazing company. We will be telling everyone we know and will definitely order in the future if we get another kitty. Thank you for being so kind during such a hard time.

GBOur 8 year old kitty and best buddy! Our 8 year old kitty has been eating fancy feast, or as we call it kitty crack, he was on it for couple years, just because it tastes good doesn't mean it's good for them. I knew we should change his food but kept putting it off, he ended up having constant diarrhea, and was lying down oddly, humped up, like his stomach hurt. We changed to Smalls, and now he has solid poops, no stink, and lying down normally. He loves Smalls bird based food, he's not as crazy about the other fish based food, but he's always been that way. I feel bad for waiting so long! But he's happy now, and I know he'll live longer! Definitely worth the money. Don't cheap out on your kitties! They will always love you more than any human! It's worth the loving purrs, and cuddles! This morning when he woke us up he was drooling, I know he was thinking about his new Smalls breakfast! Oh and he loves us even more. 💕

GBSick cat vomiting and now better. Cat was vomiting every time he ate and already took him to the vet. Was told to put him on wet food and see if he eats or drinks. I went this route to see if there was any possible food reaction issue. He has taken it over a week and zero vomiting and is more assertive getting to his food as he usually stood back until the other was done even with separate bowls. I am not sure if it's making him healthier or perkier overall as it's early, but he isn't sick any more and doing a lot better on this food over any of the other stuff.

GBI am loving how the transition to… I am loving how the transition to mostly only smalls has given my 2 cats a sense of calm around one another after eating. It took away their competitiveness around dry food which was their favorite if given a choice because it’s like junk food. But they eat all their smalls and play and sleep harder. I don’t know that there much of a difference with ground and smooth and can’t tell which they prefer. Oh and I love the new broth as an added treat. I anlways have two packs ready to go in a glass Tupperware and two back ups ready to thaw nearby and find there is so much ease to feeding time since they eat it out of the fridge! I do spread out the meals to 4 times a day and it’s working!
