Excellent service, even on a Sunday 👏 I inquired about adding the broth to my upcoming order. Customer service was excellent. They ask if I wanted the broth since it wasn’t Salmon, it is fish and tuna broth. Fine with me. So convenient. Customer service applied it to my next order. I am so excited for my 13 year old kitty to try it. 🐈‍⬛

What a kind and amazing company. We ordered food in hopes that our kitty would eat more and gain some weight. Unfortunately yesterday she wasn’t doing well so we all took her to urgent care, including our 4 year old son who did not want me to go alone with her. We were told that she was in final stages of kidney failure and were told to take her home, say goodbye and bring her back later so she could cross the rainbow bridge. She crossed over in my arms with my husband by my side. Today we received our order. I reached out to them and they immediately issued us a refund, asked for pictures so they could post a memorial and gave us a discount for the future in case we get another kitty. What an amazing company. We will be telling everyone we know and will definitely order in the future if we get another kitty. Thank you for being so kind during such a hard time.

I just had the best experience with… I just had the best experience with customer service ever! I was having such a weird day when I went to pick up my delivery there was no package to be found. I searched everywhere. I live in an apartment with Luxor lockers and the delivery guy did not put my package in a secure locker. I notified the complex of my issue and they still could not locate the package. I was so upset bc this economy has been brutal and I specifically budget every month so my fur babies get the very best nutrition possible. It can be a struggle but they deserve the best. My spirits were completely shattered but I decided to reach out to customer service just to voice my concerns. Bec was amazing and without hesitation processed a new order to be shipped asap. It’s these small acts of kindness and understanding from amazing businesses that make my heart feel full again. My fur babies mean the world to me and to have a company like Smalls take the reins in human compassion, it makes me feel a little bit more hopeful in humanity.

Sick cat vomiting and now better. Cat was vomiting every time he ate and already took him to the vet. Was told to put him on wet food and see if he eats or drinks. I went this route to see if there was any possible food reaction issue. He has taken it over a week and zero vomiting and is more assertive getting to his food as he usually stood back until the other was done even with separate bowls. I am not sure if it's making him healthier or perkier overall as it's early, but he isn't sick any more and doing a lot better on this food over any of the other stuff.

Smalls - A Terrific Company This company - Smalls - has the absolutely greatest customer service I have ever experienced, and I do a lot of shopping online. I ordered from them when they were brand new, just starting. It goes to reason that every startup will pay very close attention to their customer service, trying to impress. But there was also something a bit different about them, even then. The food, the packaging, the attention to detail, nothing overdone, everything simple but perfect. I decided to stick with them to see how long they last and if they manage to keep their standard. Many years later, they are still the same wonderful, responsive, pleasant, and attentive folks as they were way back then. I would like to encourage everyone with cats to give these folks a try. And no, I am not getting paid or rewarded in any way to write this review. And no, I do not write reviews, ever. But I had to this time because of how impressed I am by their way of doing business and by their extremely personal touch. It’s rare but it does exist. Thank you, Smalls. Don’t change, please.
