GBOur 8 year old kitty and best buddy! Our 8 year old kitty has been eating fancy feast, or as we call it kitty crack, he was on it for couple years, just because it tastes good doesn't mean it's good for them. I knew we should change his food but kept putting it off, he ended up having constant diarrhea, and was lying down oddly, humped up, like his stomach hurt. We changed to Smalls, and now he has solid poops, no stink, and lying down normally. He loves Smalls bird based food, he's not as crazy about the other fish based food, but he's always been that way. I feel bad for waiting so long! But he's happy now, and I know he'll live longer! Definitely worth the money. Don't cheap out on your kitties! They will always love you more than any human! It's worth the loving purrs, and cuddles! This morning when he woke us up he was drooling, I know he was thinking about his new Smalls breakfast! Oh and he loves us even more. đ

Made my cat extremely sick!! I really bought into this companyâs hype. I bought several chubs. My cats were a bit hesitant, but one took to it pretty well. Unfortunately, she became VERY ill. I took her to the vet who was not happy I was feeding my girls this diet. I got a message from the company that there had been some quality control issues, resulting in a recall. I wanted to return it all â but they refused to take back anything that wasnât in the recall batches. They got very ugly with me â even after I told them their product caused my cat to be very ill! They couldnât care less. My vet says this diet has to much âhandling/processingâ that allows for human error like with what happened to my girl and their poisonous food. Just, BE WARNED!!

GBGood food they wonât eat! Smalls provides excellent quality and nutrition for cats, no doubt. After trying for several months, my furbabies never got past the initial curiosity and Iâve had to dispose of more than half down the toilet. That is money and product and effort wasted; sadly Iâll be cancelling today.

GBSmalls - A Terrific Company This company - Smalls - has the absolutely greatest customer service I have ever experienced, and I do a lot of shopping online. I ordered from them when they were brand new, just starting. It goes to reason that every startup will pay very close attention to their customer service, trying to impress. But there was also something a bit different about them, even then. The food, the packaging, the attention to detail, nothing overdone, everything simple but perfect. I decided to stick with them to see how long they last and if they manage to keep their standard. Many years later, they are still the same wonderful, responsive, pleasant, and attentive folks as they were way back then. I would like to encourage everyone with cats to give these folks a try. And no, I am not getting paid or rewarded in any way to write this review. And no, I do not write reviews, ever. But I had to this time because of how impressed I am by their way of doing business and by their extremely personal touch. Itâs rare but it does exist. Thank you, Smalls. Donât change, please.

GBExcellent service, even on a Sunday đ I inquired about adding the broth to my upcoming order. Customer service was excellent. They ask if I wanted the broth since it wasnât Salmon, it is fish and tuna broth. Fine with me. So convenient. Customer service applied it to my next order. I am so excited for my 13 year old kitty to try it. đââŹ
