GBBest cat food IN THE WORLD! I wrote my first negative review about Smalls: customer service did not immediately replace my stolen starter kit, I could not create an account & my cat preferred a yummier brand. Well, he has always loved his free chicken & catnip treats as well as the free drumstick toy we got for my negative review, the food is now yummier, more nutritious & more varied, I just setup my account, my cat's fur is now extremely soft (the vet buries her face in it & so do I), his poops are less stinky & customer service could not be more delightful. PERFECTION on earth! Did I mention human-grade meat balanced for proper nutrition: no added grains, by-products or fillers! And you can choose smooth or coarse for your cat's preference.

GBWhat a kind and amazing company. We ordered food in hopes that our kitty would eat more and gain some weight. Unfortunately yesterday she wasn’t doing well so we all took her to urgent care, including our 4 year old son who did not want me to go alone with her. We were told that she was in final stages of kidney failure and were told to take her home, say goodbye and bring her back later so she could cross the rainbow bridge. She crossed over in my arms with my husband by my side. Today we received our order. I reached out to them and they immediately issued us a refund, asked for pictures so they could post a memorial and gave us a discount for the future in case we get another kitty. What an amazing company. We will be telling everyone we know and will definitely order in the future if we get another kitty. Thank you for being so kind during such a hard time.

GBSmalls is EXCELLENT!!! Smalls has great customer service and support and my cat loves the human grade food. I had a car that passed away and they did the sweetest mist thoughtful thing in remembrance of him. Me and my cat love and highly recommend Smalls.

GBHarry Ioves the food Harry Ioves the food, but hates the cow, was not refunded as advertised for the ones he won't eat. Watch and check auto ship. It changed from what I had set. Instead of changing order they canceled it. Not user friendly

GBI just had the best experience with… I just had the best experience with customer service ever! I was having such a weird day when I went to pick up my delivery there was no package to be found. I searched everywhere. I live in an apartment with Luxor lockers and the delivery guy did not put my package in a secure locker. I notified the complex of my issue and they still could not locate the package. I was so upset bc this economy has been brutal and I specifically budget every month so my fur babies get the very best nutrition possible. It can be a struggle but they deserve the best. My spirits were completely shattered but I decided to reach out to customer service just to voice my concerns. Bec was amazing and without hesitation processed a new order to be shipped asap. It’s these small acts of kindness and understanding from amazing businesses that make my heart feel full again. My fur babies mean the world to me and to have a company like Smalls take the reins in human compassion, it makes me feel a little bit more hopeful in humanity.
