put two senior kitties' health at risk I have two senior kitties, one 14 and the other 16. They've both been super healthy all their lives. Not too long after Smalls changed their recipe last year, the 14 yo started experiencing severe constipation (almost had to take him to the emergency room) and the 16 yo started drinking and peeing a lot more than usual. I've read about the potential kidney risk with nutritional yeast, which is amongst what was added to the new Smalls recipes. I have now switched them to Viva Raw (because Just Food For Cats was out of stock for almost a month) and they seem to be getting better. But I ended up with a full freezer of Smalls cat food that I can't use, as well as over $900 in vet bills.

Honestly I was a little cautious about… Honestly I was a little cautious about the subscription with the price tag, but after my cat got the sample box he refuses to eat his old food. It’s so much better for him and he really enjoys it. I can’t wait for his first full box to come.

My cat loves the food My cat love this food so much, she don't want to eat her old food. I think its the variety of flavors instead of the same kibble every day. She has not vomiting hair balls this whole week which is very good. I would highly recommend this cat food.

The Pick of the Litter for Cat Food! Smalls has been beyond wonderful. The food seems good quality and my cat has been mostly enjoying it, they have nice add-ons that can make it easier (like broths, which my cat likes since he's more of a licker than a chewer). The packaging was great. Managing my account is super easy. The customer support is unparalleled.

I just had the best experience with… I just had the best experience with customer service ever! I was having such a weird day when I went to pick up my delivery there was no package to be found. I searched everywhere. I live in an apartment with Luxor lockers and the delivery guy did not put my package in a secure locker. I notified the complex of my issue and they still could not locate the package. I was so upset bc this economy has been brutal and I specifically budget every month so my fur babies get the very best nutrition possible. It can be a struggle but they deserve the best. My spirits were completely shattered but I decided to reach out to customer service just to voice my concerns. Bec was amazing and without hesitation processed a new order to be shipped asap. It’s these small acts of kindness and understanding from amazing businesses that make my heart feel full again. My fur babies mean the world to me and to have a company like Smalls take the reins in human compassion, it makes me feel a little bit more hopeful in humanity.
