Smalls - A Terrific Company This company - Smalls - has the absolutely greatest customer service I have ever experienced, and I do a lot of shopping online. I ordered from them when they were brand new, just starting. It goes to reason that every startup will pay very close attention to their customer service, trying to impress. But there was also something a bit different about them, even then. The food, the packaging, the attention to detail, nothing overdone, everything simple but perfect. I decided to stick with them to see how long they last and if they manage to keep their standard. Many years later, they are still the same wonderful, responsive, pleasant, and attentive folks as they were way back then. I would like to encourage everyone with cats to give these folks a try. And no, I am not getting paid or rewarded in any way to write this review. And no, I do not write reviews, ever. But I had to this time because of how impressed I am by their way of doing business and by their extremely personal touch. It’s rare but it does exist. Thank you, Smalls. Don’t change, please.

Good food they won’t eat! Smalls provides excellent quality and nutrition for cats, no doubt. After trying for several months, my furbabies never got past the initial curiosity and I’ve had to dispose of more than half down the toilet. That is money and product and effort wasted; sadly I’ll be cancelling today.

The Pick of the Litter for Cat Food! Smalls has been beyond wonderful. The food seems good quality and my cat has been mostly enjoying it, they have nice add-ons that can make it easier (like broths, which my cat likes since he's more of a licker than a chewer). The packaging was great. Managing my account is super easy. The customer support is unparalleled.

I am loving how the transition to… I am loving how the transition to mostly only smalls has given my 2 cats a sense of calm around one another after eating. It took away their competitiveness around dry food which was their favorite if given a choice because it’s like junk food. But they eat all their smalls and play and sleep harder. I don’t know that there much of a difference with ground and smooth and can’t tell which they prefer. Oh and I love the new broth as an added treat. I anlways have two packs ready to go in a glass Tupperware and two back ups ready to thaw nearby and find there is so much ease to feeding time since they eat it out of the fridge! I do spread out the meals to 4 times a day and it’s working!

Smalls is EXCELLENT!!! Smalls has great customer service and support and my cat loves the human grade food. I had a car that passed away and they did the sweetest mist thoughtful thing in remembrance of him. Me and my cat love and highly recommend Smalls.
