GBHigh Quality Food Overall my two cats loved the food. The food shipped very quickly and came frozen. I started feeding my cats a small amount with their old food so they could get use to it. One of my cats loved it immediately. My other cat is a bit picky but over the course of a couple of weeks they enjoyed it and look forward to it. The food is a bit expensive, especially to feed two cats, but the food is high quality and I feel it's worth it.

GBBest cat food IN THE WORLD! I wrote my first negative review about Smalls: customer service did not immediately replace my stolen starter kit, I could not create an account & my cat preferred a yummier brand. Well, he has always loved his free chicken & catnip treats as well as the free drumstick toy we got for my negative review, the food is now yummier, more nutritious & more varied, I just setup my account, my cat's fur is now extremely soft (the vet buries her face in it & so do I), his poops are less stinky & customer service could not be more delightful. PERFECTION on earth! Did I mention human-grade meat balanced for proper nutrition: no added grains, by-products or fillers! And you can choose smooth or coarse for your cat's preference.

GBExcellent service, even on a Sunday 👏 I inquired about adding the broth to my upcoming order. Customer service was excellent. They ask if I wanted the broth since it wasn’t Salmon, it is fish and tuna broth. Fine with me. So convenient. Customer service applied it to my next order. I am so excited for my 13 year old kitty to try it. 🐈⬛

GBMy cat loves the food My cat love this food so much, she don't want to eat her old food. I think its the variety of flavors instead of the same kibble every day. She has not vomiting hair balls this whole week which is very good. I would highly recommend this cat food.

GBSmalls - A Terrific Company This company - Smalls - has the absolutely greatest customer service I have ever experienced, and I do a lot of shopping online. I ordered from them when they were brand new, just starting. It goes to reason that every startup will pay very close attention to their customer service, trying to impress. But there was also something a bit different about them, even then. The food, the packaging, the attention to detail, nothing overdone, everything simple but perfect. I decided to stick with them to see how long they last and if they manage to keep their standard. Many years later, they are still the same wonderful, responsive, pleasant, and attentive folks as they were way back then. I would like to encourage everyone with cats to give these folks a try. And no, I am not getting paid or rewarded in any way to write this review. And no, I do not write reviews, ever. But I had to this time because of how impressed I am by their way of doing business and by their extremely personal touch. It’s rare but it does exist. Thank you, Smalls. Don’t change, please.
