ESQuick and effective Quick and effective. I´m having some issues with my IP address being blocked every two days because of some Siteground accounts generating wrong IMAP requests and are blocking my IP. I don´t understand why other customer´s error are blocking my IP, but we´re in the process of gathering more information. Other than that, the help support team has always been very helpful and overall quick and effective as I mentioned above. Well done.

USThe stars are for Luca The stars are for Luca - not for siteground Having your support team tell customers they can not manage hosting that is "expired" (no longer wanted) is why I'm sure they hear a lot of negative feedback. Luca was great, siteground tried to force me to renew something I didn't want to be able to access something I already paid for.

USI asked a favor of siteground techs to… I asked a favor of siteground techs to move four of my websites to one of my other hosting accounts, which they did for free, being a long term customer. This is why i always refer clients to siteground, their techs are the nicest you will find.
