GBCache cleared more than expected but it still worked! My experience was detailed and straight to the point. I was unable to access my website and instructed to clear the cache after clearing the cache my web browser crashed, my tabs disappeared and I lost the chat communication. It took some time before reconfiguring it back to the way it originally was. I wish I was forewarned about this (unless it was an unusual occurrence). Other than that my questioned was answered and I was able to access my website.

NZhad a light technical issue starting… had a light technical issue starting out with siteground in relation to cache not being cleared in browser. he helped me quickly and with ease and expertise he walked me through exactly what I needed to do. Absolutely amazing. I came from GoDaddy as I was increasingly frustrated at the lack of customer care and this experience within minutes of having a problem was fixed. wow, I am pleased with the service thus far really impressed.
