GBAnastasios was amazing!!! Anastasios was amazing. I needed to temporarly close my account due to medical reasons. I was able to get a refund with no questions asked. Really look forward to getting the project restarted with Siteground, hopefully in the near future.

GBCache cleared more than expected but it still worked! My experience was detailed and straight to the point. I was unable to access my website and instructed to clear the cache after clearing the cache my web browser crashed, my tabs disappeared and I lost the chat communication. It took some time before reconfiguring it back to the way it originally was. I wish I was forewarned about this (unless it was an unusual occurrence). Other than that my questioned was answered and I was able to access my website.

ESQuick and effective Quick and effective. I´m having some issues with my IP address being blocked every two days because of some Siteground accounts generating wrong IMAP requests and are blocking my IP. I don´t understand why other customer´s error are blocking my IP, but we´re in the process of gathering more information. Other than that, the help support team has always been very helpful and overall quick and effective as I mentioned above. Well done.
