I have called Merchant One several… I have called Merchant One several times since I started my account and have been put on hold for longggggggg periods of time. This time I got BENNY and she was so great. Fixed the problem immediately and shared how to get in touch with her in the future if more problems arise. I have been to the point in frustration I was ready to cancel. BENNY gave me hope.

Great customer service I had the pleasure speaking with Dawn today. She is a great person, very professional, and she took care of everything I asked her for.
