I actually love Apollo Group TV I actually love Apollo Group TV. On my 5th year with them. My cable company was charging me hundreds for basic cable and internet. Streaming services are the only competitors. Yes is buffers, Yes sometimes channels will just stop working - yes it’s frustrating sometimes but there is absolutely nothing available that is remotely better especially for the price. I’ve reached out for help before too and received no reply. They use discord to communicate to their customers. I used to use it. But I don’t like discord at all. That is where I almost got scammed into losing money by an imposter.

Last year of using has been a… Last year of using has been a nightmare. Install, uninstall, install and uninstall due to upgrades they do that never work. Buffering is just horrible. The players which one will have no sound and the other just constantly stops or buffers. Always blame buffering on internet provider, which is not the case.

I used the same website, which ended in tv.tv and have not heard from the company. I have sent emails showing that I have paid. I have accepted the fact that I will not get my crypto back. I have never been treated as… I have never been treated as disrespected as Marcus from Apollo Group tv spoke to me. He told me, “Good luck fixing it yourself” and accused me of arguing with him. I told him I thought he might be lashing out at me because he could not fix my VOD issue of freezing after 10 to 15 minutes into the program then jumping to the next episodes.
