ZANot getting correct assistance or response. Quick to call you when subscription is due but slow or not at all to assist with a problem. Download to live tv and VOD dropped completely. Advising me to get VPN. Done that with their advice before and did not solved the problem. Losing one month subscription still left and getting ignored by all my mails for assistance. Well done Apollo group tv seems you are coming to your end following other reviews with same problem.

GBBreaching GDPR!! I have rated this company based on their inability to remove my personal details which I have never provided or consented to this company. They clearly use an unsolicited data source for their obtrusive call centre who numerous times have called me and don't remove details when I've requested them to do so. PLEASE IPO, investigate this company for a breach of GDPR.

GBI was a customer for six months and had… I was a customer for six months and had no issues. I tried to renew for one year and my money was taken. I used the same website, which ended in tv.tv and have not heard from the company. I have sent emails showing that I have paid. I have accepted the fact that I will not get my crypto back. Everyone beware!!

AEHorrible customer service Very average product (streams often not available in preferred language, lags while watching, etc.) and beyond terrible customer service. My subscription stopped working and i reached out to them for help only to get rude responses back

CATime to go elsewhere :( My second year subscription is almost up and I'm going to be switching providers. This service has been really bad since end of last year. Support keeps telling me to uninstall and reinstall - which I have done over 6x now - still receiving server errors and constant buffering. Very disappointed as this service was phenominal before.
