Breaching GDPR!! I have rated this company based on their inability to remove my personal details which I have never provided or consented to this company. They clearly use an unsolicited data source for their obtrusive call centre who numerous times have called me and don't remove details when I've requested them to do so. PLEASE IPO, investigate this company for a breach of GDPR.

Great service from Apollo Group TV for all of 2023… I had Apollo Group TV for all of 2023 and did have buffering at times. I decided to switch providers in the middle of December 23 to Legends TV and what a mistake that was. It worked perfect for a little better than 1 month and now my login credentials no longer work. No response from them. They can’t be contacted. I have been ripped off. Getting ready to subscribe to Apollo Group TV once more because I never once had an issue except for the buffering which happens to all IPTV.

I told him I thought he might be lashing out at me because he could not fix my VOD issue of freezing after 10 to 15 minutes into the program then jumping to the next episodes.

Not getting correct assistance or response. Quick to call you when subscription is due but slow or not at all to assist with a problem. Download to live tv and VOD dropped completely. Advising me to get VPN. Done that with their advice before and did not solved the problem. Losing one month subscription still left and getting ignored by all my mails for assistance. Well done Apollo group tv seems you are coming to your end following other reviews with same problem.

Best iptv service out there been with… Best iptv service out there been with Apollo group tv for many years and if you have had any major broadcasting issues guys use a VPN i have read all your feed backs guys and I do agree with you on problems that you have had being give had the same problems over years but put in the time to solve the buffering problems which I used a VPN and no problems now ..if you need a good better tv guide with this service try TVIi mate from play store or apple I store ...you say customer service does not reply I've also had same issues. To contact them with your problems make sure in your email from Apollo group tv you reply to there payments department only you will sure get help from there payments team usually with in 1 hour via email ..but guys go by my years of experience with using Apollo and you will have 0% problems with your service at home my feed back 100% trust worthy 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me Always saved me £1,000s keep up the good work Apollo Group Tv xxx
