GBI have never been treated as… I have never been treated as disrespected as Marcus from Apollo Group tv spoke to me. He told me, “Good luck fixing it yourself” and accused me of arguing with him. I told him I thought he might be lashing out at me because he could not fix my VOD issue of freezing after 10 to 15 minutes into the program then jumping to the next episodes.

GBGreat service from Apollo Group TV for all of 2023… I had Apollo Group TV for all of 2023 and did have buffering at times. I decided to switch providers in the middle of December 23 to Legends TV and what a mistake that was. It worked perfect for a little better than 1 month and now my login credentials no longer work. No response from them. They can’t be contacted. I have been ripped off. Getting ready to subscribe to Apollo Group TV once more because I never once had an issue except for the buffering which happens to all IPTV.

GBI actually love Apollo Group TV I actually love Apollo Group TV. On my 5th year with them. My cable company was charging me hundreds for basic cable and internet. Streaming services are the only competitors. Yes is buffers, Yes sometimes channels will just stop working - yes it’s frustrating sometimes but there is absolutely nothing available that is remotely better especially for the price. I’ve reached out for help before too and received no reply. They use discord to communicate to their customers. I used to use it. But I don’t like discord at all. That is where I almost got scammed into losing money by an imposter.

GBI was a customer for six months and had… I was a customer for six months and had no issues. I tried to renew for one year and my money was taken. I used the same website, which ended in tv.tv and have not heard from the company. I have sent emails showing that I have paid. I have accepted the fact that I will not get my crypto back. Everyone beware!!

GBseems to be run by children This company seems to be run by children with absolutely no customer service skills. I was considering the switching to them from a cable company. I thought they should know that their app was buffering and freezing and they sent back a childish insulting and sarcastic email. Bad tv service with bad customer service is not a company you should do business with. I do not recommend them. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.
