GBI have never been treated as… I have never been treated as disrespected as Marcus from Apollo Group tv spoke to me. He told me, “Good luck fixing it yourself” and accused me of arguing with him. I told him I thought he might be lashing out at me because he could not fix my VOD issue of freezing after 10 to 15 minutes into the program then jumping to the next episodes.

RUTerrible experience I have not had a very good experience with them. I have been having issues from the beginning that is wifi related, I have asked them to be accommodating and assist me in extending my trial for 3 days so the Technical team and make sure it works befor I pay money to this company. I have asked to receive a phone call and the responce I received was. The pricing is in our website. If our policy is inadequate for your needs, then it’s best to just stop your trial now and let you find one that wetter suits yours needs. I don't think this is how you run a company by chasing away a costumer.

CAService is horrible Service is horrible, guide doesn't match sporting events, constant buffering. Customer service is even worse. Childish responses to emails. They claim they are family friendly and then they go in and change my profile names, my kids see the profiles, they have no class. Will never give a refund.

AEHorrible customer service Very average product (streams often not available in preferred language, lags while watching, etc.) and beyond terrible customer service. My subscription stopped working and i reached out to them for help only to get rude responses back

CATime to go elsewhere :( My second year subscription is almost up and I'm going to be switching providers. This service has been really bad since end of last year. Support keeps telling me to uninstall and reinstall - which I have done over 6x now - still receiving server errors and constant buffering. Very disappointed as this service was phenominal before.
