GBLast year of using has been a… Last year of using has been a nightmare. Install, uninstall, install and uninstall due to upgrades they do that never work. Buffering is just horrible. The players which one will have no sound and the other just constantly stops or buffers. Always blame buffering on internet provider, which is not the case.

GBI actually love Apollo Group TV I actually love Apollo Group TV. On my 5th year with them. My cable company was charging me hundreds for basic cable and internet. Streaming services are the only competitors. Yes is buffers, Yes sometimes channels will just stop working - yes it’s frustrating sometimes but there is absolutely nothing available that is remotely better especially for the price. I’ve reached out for help before too and received no reply. They use discord to communicate to their customers. I used to use it. But I don’t like discord at all. That is where I almost got scammed into losing money by an imposter.

GBI’ve used Apollo for more than two… I’ve used Apollo for more than two years and would never go back to cable. Does it buffer a bit yes but that’s on the internet provider my provider is Spectrum Ultra and I rarely have a problem.

GBseems to be run by children This company seems to be run by children with absolutely no customer service skills. I was considering the switching to them from a cable company. I thought they should know that their app was buffering and freezing and they sent back a childish insulting and sarcastic email. Bad tv service with bad customer service is not a company you should do business with. I do not recommend them. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

GBApollo is the best available I have read over all these complaints from customers of Apollo, and I can only say that you must be with one of the phony apollos. I have used the service for four years and maybe a glitch once in a while, but always just ride it out. Just remember how much you were paying the cable company. Most of the glitches I referred to were resolved in a short time.
