SENetflix is trash.. I live 50% of my time in Sweden and 50% of my time in Germany and now need 2 accounts to be able to use it in both places. My brother also shares the account with me, I live with him in Sweden and because he uses his phone as his internet it makes it so one of us can't use the account even tho we live on the same adress. So dumb.Cancelled.

GBCustomer service excellent Customer service excellent Recently used the phone service to assist my elderly mother to sign in. 1 hour of assistance by a lovely lady called Rachael she had managed to solve the problems and helped us direct an elderly lady through the technical problems. Very impressive service

GBfrack u netflix We've had Netflix for years. Our family shared Netflix but not anymore. Frack YOU NETFLIX....We are deleting our account permanently and going to other streaming platforms. YOU FRACKING SCUMBAGS BROUGHT THIS ON YOURSELF

CANetflix has gone INSANE with a 65%… Netflix has gone INSANE with a 65% increase in my Rate Plan. We need to All Boycott this criminal company. They do not and will not have any management person to talk to and that has any authority to do anything about this insane rate plan increase.

GBTerrible Customer Service Contacted Customer Service via online Chat. Explained the problem He sent an email address for me to send screenshots to which was incorrect and said Nerflix not Netflix!!! Once he had the screenshots he proceeded to tell me that everything was working ok despite the screenshots that I sent clearly showing that they were not! There is much more but I cannot be bothered to write it here. 45 minutes on the chat no resolution no goodwill gesture etc. Just appalling rubbish for customer service
