GBGood riddance Just wanted to say thank you. Been sharing an account for years with friends, always splitting evenly the ever increasing and unjustifiable prices (since you keep canceling shows and pushing reality garbage with no actual production costs) and I’ve finally got the notice saying we can’t share anymore, but the fact I haven’t been able to ise just showed me the better content on HBO Max and Disney+ ! So thank you again for not making me waste any more time or money looking for content you used to have. Bye!

CANetflix is going to remove my account as of July 2024 I'm very disappointed that come July if I do not change my plan you are going to kick me off the service! I tried to speak with customer service over chat and was told I could not have the contact information for Customer Service or the Retention Department, I was actually told that Netflix does not have a Retention department and that I had no choice but to comply. Not happy. Netflix email stated: "You must choose a new plan by June 25 or your membership will be automatically canceled and your last day of Netflix will be July 25."

GBNo access even though we've paid… We spoke to someone in netflix before we came on holiday and were assured that we could use our fire stick.on holiday and be able to access netflix.Afterv2 days we can't get access. they emailed me several times with codes and none of their emails would open up so.i could access the code I spent ages on chatting to someone who presumably tried to help but was completely useless He sent me yet another email which wouldn't open up So we are away and have paid for netflix and are unable to use it What a waste of time

GBNot apart of the household I pay for streaming services. I also travel for work to my husband and I live most of the time in separate cities/countries. I should not have to pay a whole $7.99 extra for an account I already own. They say use the temporary access code but who wants to use an access code for 4 months out of the year to an account they pay for. Netflix your new idea of charging more is BS you are a multi million dollar company! ACT LIKE IT. Please fix this
