Manipulating Statistics ? We have a premium subscription and this worked well in London and our overseas holiday home. Now it only works in London. So it seems we will need two subscriptions and it is impossible to get help to find out why they have done this. I’m aware that subscriber numbers appear in the company’s reports to shareholders. Are they trying to tweak these upwards ? I’m thinking that I should express my concerns to the Federal Trade Commission and SEC. I’m sure they will find some excuse in the small print. However I intensely dislike manipulation of statistics in company reports.

No access even though we've paid… We spoke to someone in netflix before we came on holiday and were assured that we could use our fire stick.on holiday and be able to access netflix.Afterv2 days we can't get access. they emailed me several times with codes and none of their emails would open up so.i could access the code I spent ages on chatting to someone who presumably tried to help but was completely useless He sent me yet another email which wouldn't open up So we are away and have paid for netflix and are unable to use it What a waste of time

Customer service excellent Customer service excellent Recently used the phone service to assist my elderly mother to sign in. 1 hour of assistance by a lovely lady called Rachael she had managed to solve the problems and helped us direct an elderly lady through the technical problems. Very impressive service

Fcuk netflix Our account through sky was stolen and I brought this to netflix attention close to a year ago. Was told by netflix to go through sky and was told by sky to go through netflix. Today netflix FINALLY removed the account that had nothing to do with anyone in this household but was paid for by us through sky. Netflix knew all along it was their responsibility and that I made them aware a long time ago. Netflix even went to the effort to ask google to remove the app from my playstore. Considering legal action.

Terrible Customer Service Contacted Customer Service via online Chat. Explained the problem He sent an email address for me to send screenshots to which was incorrect and said Nerflix not Netflix!!! Once he had the screenshots he proceeded to tell me that everything was working ok despite the screenshots that I sent clearly showing that they were not! There is much more but I cannot be bothered to write it here. 45 minutes on the chat no resolution no goodwill gesture etc. Just appalling rubbish for customer service
