SENetflix is trash.. I live 50% of my time in Sweden and 50% of my time in Germany and now need 2 accounts to be able to use it in both places. My brother also shares the account with me, I live with him in Sweden and because he uses his phone as his internet it makes it so one of us can't use the account even tho we live on the same adress. So dumb.Cancelled.

GB£5 plan now has ads and you can't cast to TV Sad to see Netflix go downhill in the UK. Content is just not as good as it was and now the new plan with adverts (£4.99) stops you casting to your smart TV.

GBCustomer service excellent Customer service excellent Recently used the phone service to assist my elderly mother to sign in. 1 hour of assistance by a lovely lady called Rachael she had managed to solve the problems and helped us direct an elderly lady through the technical problems. Very impressive service

GBNot apart of the household I pay for streaming services. I also travel for work to my husband and I live most of the time in separate cities/countries. I should not have to pay a whole $7.99 extra for an account I already own. They say use the temporary access code but who wants to use an access code for 4 months out of the year to an account they pay for. Netflix your new idea of charging more is BS you are a multi million dollar company! ACT LIKE IT. Please fix this

BBManipulating Statistics ? We have a premium subscription and this worked well in London and our overseas holiday home. Now it only works in London. So it seems we will need two subscriptions and it is impossible to get help to find out why they have done this. I’m aware that subscriber numbers appear in the company’s reports to shareholders. Are they trying to tweak these upwards ? I’m thinking that I should express my concerns to the Federal Trade Commission and SEC. I’m sure they will find some excuse in the small print. However I intensely dislike manipulation of statistics in company reports.
