Netflix is going to remove my account as of July 2024 I'm very disappointed that come July if I do not change my plan you are going to kick me off the service! I tried to speak with customer service over chat and was told I could not have the contact information for Customer Service or the Retention Department, I was actually told that Netflix does not have a Retention department and that I had no choice but to comply. Not happy. Netflix email stated: "You must choose a new plan by June 25 or your membership will be automatically canceled and your last day of Netflix will be July 25."

Netflix has gone INSANE with a 65%… Netflix has gone INSANE with a 65% increase in my Rate Plan. We need to All Boycott this criminal company. They do not and will not have any management person to talk to and that has any authority to do anything about this insane rate plan increase.

Manipulating Statistics ? We have a premium subscription and this worked well in London and our overseas holiday home. Now it only works in London. So it seems we will need two subscriptions and it is impossible to get help to find out why they have done this. I’m aware that subscriber numbers appear in the company’s reports to shareholders. Are they trying to tweak these upwards ? I’m thinking that I should express my concerns to the Federal Trade Commission and SEC. I’m sure they will find some excuse in the small print. However I intensely dislike manipulation of statistics in company reports.
