GBNetflix: Disappearing Content, Constant Price Increases, and Now Ads I switched to Netflix a few years ago as I wanted to watch movies legally and they were the service with all the blockbusters from Hollywood. I was sad when all the good movies started disappearing pretty quickly from the available content. I kept my subscription as I wanted to do the right thing and have a subscription to content, although had to find movies elsewhere as Netflix decided to stop hosting them. Netflix has increased the price of my subscription FIVE times now. Additionally, they've now emailed me to say they're going to start filling my content with ads. There is absolutely no way in hell I am going to pay £132 a year for a streaming service that hasn't had a single movie I've wanted to watch when I've looked. I think someone high up at Netflix has lost their mind and they should be treated.

GBTerrible Customer Service Contacted Customer Service via online Chat. Explained the problem He sent an email address for me to send screenshots to which was incorrect and said Nerflix not Netflix!!! Once he had the screenshots he proceeded to tell me that everything was working ok despite the screenshots that I sent clearly showing that they were not! There is much more but I cannot be bothered to write it here. 45 minutes on the chat no resolution no goodwill gesture etc. Just appalling rubbish for customer service

GBThe authorization hold is ridiculous The authorization hold is ridiculous. Who cares if it's refunded at some point. I wanted to watch something last night and couldn't because I didn't have the $52 in my account to cover the hold. Called and cancelled it instead. You shouldn't be playing with people's money with how financially tight most people are right now.

VNPeople rating 1 star don't understand Actually netflix doesn't let us sharing our account or using in other country is because some people don't buy netflix on their official website, they buy it from others with a cheaper price, 1/3 or 1/4 the original price. So netflix don't want that so they do what they must do, hope people understand for netflix

NZreally really deceiving shows information The language information of shows is wrong. Few episodes are in english and hindi of many shows rest are just original.
