Zero stars. This company is a scam I’m giving cineplex one star only because I cannot give them zero stars. The app frequently does not load the rentals in “My Library” and there is no one I can talk to for assistance. The +1-800-333-0061 listed as customer service does not work. This company is a scam and has zero customer service which they must know given the abysmal rating on trust pilot and clearly they do not care. Stop giving this company your money. Support all other physical theatres and online streaming platforms before cineplex

Zero stars!! Their website, it’s links, booking and payment systems rate just below zero stars! An absolute nightmare where nothing seems to work, you get booted out, impossible to use a credit card, invoice print doesn’t work and on and on …….. Cineplex just don’t care! Granted, once you get inside then facilities and movies are excellent but booking in online is like pulling teeth! You’d think someone in management would get concerned over the constant one star bad ratings, nope, doesn’t worry them!

Can't purchase tickets online Can't purchase tickets online. Claiming my postal code doesn't match my credit card. Thing is, it is my postal code, and is the one on the card. The only problem I have is with them. W T F? Tried calling customer service to try another way. Other then PayPal, there is no other way. So I'm stuck having to go to the theater and taking my chances with what's left. I don't have, nor want, a PayPal account. Based on my time constraint, I have no choice but to go to this theater. If I wasn't taking someone to see a specific movie my boycott this place. Why can't Landmark Cinemas New Westminster show Silent Night on earlier showing on the weekend. You rock Landmark Cinemas, besides this that is. 🖕Cineplex.

Pop machine disgusting I dislike the pop machines where you can select multi- flavours. The pop is disgusting and often tastes of the previous customers pop choice. At times I let the machine run to try to flush it out, bit it is still gross. Bring back the old individual pour machines
