WORST WEB EXPERIENCE The website is one of the worst we’ve ever seen. Process and execution parameters are really disappointing. To book tickets the entire experience is a nightmare. I’m sure I’ll ever try to prebook with cineplex again. So, it’s unlikely I’ll ever attempt to attend a theatre again. It’ll be great when you can buy access to your own home theatre and avoid this website quagmire.

Cineplex Store? Garbage.Minus ten stars. The Cineplex store is garbage.Just download movies from another source straight up.Cineplex,in general,is losing so much revenue that they can't afford to fix their website,store and customer service issues.Total garbage.Don't waste your time..

Horrible experience trying to rent a… Horrible experience trying to rent a movie online. Attention Cineplex: Fire the people that take care of your website. As a result you are losing money. It's 2023, Hire someone else, heck hire me. This ain't rocket science. Your web people suck

The online website bites I tried to buy a ticket online. I didn't want to create an account but I was unable to purchase without one so I begrudgingly created one. The site then wouldn't let me log on without two step verification, which requires a phone number. I tried to get around that for awhile but eventually caved to that as well. They then charged me a fee for booking online, as though they were doing me the favour of making me jump through all these hoops. Booking online gives them early confirmation of audience turn out, they receive the tender in advance, and it cuts out the employee. If anything, there should be a discount for buying online. And after all that, I can't figure out a way to delete this stupid account I didn't want. I did discover that they signed me up for promotional emails with the account creation, another thing I didn't want. I'm actually so furious. They've strong armed and coerced me and then penalised me for the trouble. Be freaking for real.

Worst website ever How can all the smart folks working for cineplex who make more money than most can't see the horrible website experience they offer. And on top of this we have to pay for a booking fee. They should offer discounts instead. Unbelievable...
