CAPop machine disgusting I dislike the pop machines where you can select multi- flavours. The pop is disgusting and often tastes of the previous customers pop choice. At times I let the machine run to try to flush it out, bit it is still gross. Bring back the old individual pour machines

CAThe theater was very clean and the… The theater was very clean and the seats were quite comfortable. However the cost of food at the consession stand was disgustingly over priced. For a number 2 combo which was 2 medium popcorn, 2 medium fountain drinks and 2 rather small bag of candy itcost just over $40 with tax. This is disgusting. My husband and I will not likely be back. The only reason we went was because we got a gift card for Christmas. I understand prices go up but thus is not ok.

CAThey don't even deserve a 1 ⭐️ rating They don't even deserve a 1 ⭐️ rating. Time of incident: Jan-Feb 2024. I ordered tickets (in Jan) a few days before the movie through the site and or app, can't remember exactly. Tix cost $31. I didn't receive a email or app confirmation. I called the theatre in my city and was told, it happens and that I will get my money returned in a few days. I bought tix at the theatre, so that's another $31. The following week after watching the movie, I call again, this time the person seemed annoyed and told me I should call customer services (contact info on site). My reply 'Why wasn't I told to call them before?' I call customer service, explain the problem, I'm told I'll get my money in 10-15 business days. They also sent me a movie voucher. 15 BUSINESS DAYS PAST NO MONEY. I call customer services again frustrated, I'm told I'll get my money back in a week, they also send me ANOTHER voucher. It's February and I make plans to go see DUNE 2 with friends. While I have two movie vouchers I think I'll get in for free and I'll buy my friends ticket. The night of the movie I pay for my friend and open the voucher, attendant scans it then tells me "There is no money on this voucher sir." I am livid, but contain it while I'm with friends and it's not the attendants fault. I open the SECOND voucher, get it scanned... SAME THING! DOESN'T WORK! I tell the attendant the story, they felt bad while I felt embarrassed and angry. I call customer services again the next day and I don't hold back. I explain that this is not only unfair treatment, but they lied to me by giving not 1 but 2 faulty vouchers. I'm then told I'll get my money in 2 days. They also sent me another voucher (I haven't been back to check if it works). Conclusion; I finally got my money back (within 2 days) after a month, 2 fake vouchers, feeling taken advantage of and angry! A horrible experience.

CAThe $5 ticket for February is a…scam The $5 ticket for February is a scam,there is a surcharge for most theatres which is automatic when one purchases online. Apparently it applies to only a regular theatre that is showing the movie you want to see,if it's not showing at a regular theatre you're out of luck! It does not tell you what the surcharge is for other theatres only that there is a surcharge and you have to figure out what that is! So much for the $5 Tuesdays!
