What an awful experience What an awful experience! I have had this app for 10 months, thinking that unused credits would roll over but they delete them and you only get to keep like two months worth of it, and if you are not a member any longer you can't use the credit points. This is awful, and its steeling money!! Hard pass for future purposes, and if someone from customer experience reads this, I want my money back! Gotta love Cinemark and this other places where all unused credits just roll over!

2nd time I’ve gone to theater with app… 2nd time I’ve gone to theater with app error. Today no showtimes for any theaters no movies. Support article at site says resolved July 29 Today July 31. Previously had problem with MoviePass card. Customer sent me email 2 weeks later. Today's support says it will take them sometime to reply because they are swamped with issues. For 2$ more I can just get they’re chains 3 movies per week and reserve online.

Absolutely awful product Absolutely awful product. App is trash and customer service is nonexistent. Will walk away from 3 months of credits and no movies to sign up for Regal’s program. Do not waste your time. I was an original movie pass customer and this new and improved version is just as bad, no worst than before they went bankrupt. They will go bankrupt again.

I have never been this disappointed… I have never been this disappointed over a app. Going to movies isa exciting event that families work forward to, thus if such a plan randomly fails people will definitely not be happy. This was the case for us the card would simply decline no matter what we did. Do not buy as this app will simply leave the entire family disappointed and quite disgruntled.

Deceptive business practice I signed up for the movie pass with my credit card and received my pass. After reading all these horrible reports, I did not activate my card. They automatically activated my card without my permission and started charging it. I contacted them many times, but you can not reach any at customer service; they don't have any people to respond to your cancellation emails. Totally a scam; the New York DA office must take action to close these scammers and the con artists.
