GBI have never been this disappointed… I have never been this disappointed over a app. Going to movies isa exciting event that families work forward to, thus if such a plan randomly fails people will definitely not be happy. This was the case for us the card would simply decline no matter what we did. Do not buy as this app will simply leave the entire family disappointed and quite disgruntled.

GBI agree I agree! A total scam. Buyer beware! We tried to do this on the black Friday deal. They had so much business that they got orders very mixed up. After many emails, and no return of our money and continued charges in spite of being canceled perhaps finally they got the message. We only got $10 back in spite of Moore being charged. On top of that they continued to write the same note the same apologies email after email in spite of my responses! Mary

GBDo not buy !!! Great idea, but either by choice or by mistake The app is completely useles. Spent hours trying to book movies worked one time after numerous attempts. Definitely not worth the headache or hassle do not purchase.

GBAbsolutely awful product Absolutely awful product. App is trash and customer service is nonexistent. Will walk away from 3 months of credits and no movies to sign up for Regal’s program. Do not waste your time. I was an original movie pass customer and this new and improved version is just as bad, no worst than before they went bankrupt. They will go bankrupt again.

GBMoviepass heavily restricted my ability… Moviepass heavily restricted my ability to use the app after 3 uses in one month. In fact availability is zero the past two weeks. Support said it was due to high demand at the theater I tried to attend but the six attempts I made were during absolutely dead time frames. I obviously haven't used the app excessively either. Canceled subscription today.
