Needing a resolution! I want to use my card! Even after sending a screenshot of my most recent payments, my account is still showing past due. My card hasn’t been working and another payment was taken from my bank account on Mon Feb. 4 I keep getting messages from Movie Pass apologizing yet not providing a resolution!. It’s been about 2 weeks and still nothing. No assistance

I have never been this disappointed… I have never been this disappointed over a app. Going to movies isa exciting event that families work forward to, thus if such a plan randomly fails people will definitely not be happy. This was the case for us the card would simply decline no matter what we did. Do not buy as this app will simply leave the entire family disappointed and quite disgruntled.

Total sham scam and rip off I tried this 11/18/23 and attempted to see a movie while on a getaway in branson, MO. No bueno would NOT work. Charged $10. Charged another $10 12/18/23 and tried to see a movie in Fayetteville, AR an hour from my home...again would NOT work and had to pay. Charged another $10 1/18/23 and tried here at my local theater...said NO movies were showing and all 6 theaters were playing movies. I canceled and they said they will NOT Refund my $. Had to get my credit card company involved..this is a scam DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2.0 is a yes for me My second go around with movie pass has been delightful. I have the 20 dollar plan and have already seen 5 movies at 3 different theaters with credits to spare. I do wish I could reserve tickets prior to being at the movie theater in order to get preferred seats but if there is a new release I don’t mind going to the theater early to reserve my ticket. At 4 dollars a movie, it’s totally worth it.

Absolutely awful product Absolutely awful product. App is trash and customer service is nonexistent. Will walk away from 3 months of credits and no movies to sign up for Regal’s program. Do not waste your time. I was an original movie pass customer and this new and improved version is just as bad, no worst than before they went bankrupt. They will go bankrupt again.
