Zero Stars If I could leave zero stars I would. I joined and changed my mind before they even sent me the card because they wouldn't respond to emails. After repeated emails to tell them I wasn't joining and to return my subscription money, they refused to respond. I never used their service, never even downloaded their app or created an account. I wound up having to dispute the charge through my bank.

2.0 is a yes for me My second go around with movie pass has been delightful. I have the 20 dollar plan and have already seen 5 movies at 3 different theaters with credits to spare. I do wish I could reserve tickets prior to being at the movie theater in order to get preferred seats but if there is a new release I don’t mind going to the theater early to reserve my ticket. At 4 dollars a movie, it’s totally worth it.

Don't fall for it Don't fall for it! I signed up weeks ago, received 4 moviepass debit cards in the mail. None of which were able to be activated. The day I attempted to activate my card it locked me out of my moviepass website/app account stating "Authentication Error" I have emailed for support multiple times, over a week and a half later still no reply. I can't cancel my membership because I can't get into my account to do so.

Moviepass heavily restricted my ability… Moviepass heavily restricted my ability to use the app after 3 uses in one month. In fact availability is zero the past two weeks. Support said it was due to high demand at the theater I tried to attend but the six attempts I made were during absolutely dead time frames. I obviously haven't used the app excessively either. Canceled subscription today.

Needing a resolution! I want to use my card! Even after sending a screenshot of my most recent payments, my account is still showing past due. My card hasn’t been working and another payment was taken from my bank account on Mon Feb. 4 I keep getting messages from Movie Pass apologizing yet not providing a resolution!. It’s been about 2 weeks and still nothing. No assistance
