Great work John Gall of recovery chip . Com… I’m very pleased with my communication with recovery chip. They are a terrific company, fast service and very easy and quickly able to connect with when needed to discuss any issues, questions or concerns. John Gall is an amazing representative for recoverychip.com I’ve always been impressed with his ability to process all of my orders so quickly and with such great care.

Impressive Customer Service I placed an order and paid for 3-5 work day shipping. After three business days my order was still showing as not shipped. I reached out to the company via email at 7:30am, and at 6:30pm had not received a response, so I used their automated chat on the website and was told my order number wasn’t found. I got a bit frustrated and called the number on the website at about 7pm. I immediately received a text message from someone that very quickly tracked down my order, found the likely problem, and offered a solution in shipping a replacement free of charge. I was impressed by the timeliness of the customer service, and very pleased that their phone number is posted right at the top of their website in plain view. I work in a position where I receive countless emails and it’s impossible to stay on top of them, so I’m not holding it against them that I didn’t get a response to the email. I also should have probably tried the phone number first anyway, considering they have it clearly advertised. I suppose the only thing I would have liked to see done differently was an offer to refund the additional shipping cost I paid to get it faster, but it wasn’t enough to knock their review down in stars. I received my order two days later and the chip is stunning. I will very likely order from this company again!
