Defective Crystal Photo Bell x 2 After recieving the bell crystal photo, the crystal developed an opaque white interior density and the picture could not longer be visualed. This happend at the top of the bell. After the inititial episode 3D Laser printed and shipped a new one at no charge. When the same crystal distortion happened to the second one, I gave up. Did not report or ask for refund. I will not be using or recommending 3D Laser Gifts based on this experience. Great customer service. Defective products x 2 is reason for this 2-star review.

A bit disappointed...UPDATE: Satisfied customer! From what I saw of the preview it showed that the picture would be made from the border of the crystal and what I received it started off in the middle so it appears cut off and awkward than what I was shown. UPDATE: Changed my update from 3 stars to 4. Reached out to customer service and spoke with Bruna. Was told my order would be redone and shipped on time and received by Friday (guaranteed 2day shipping) for my mother's birthday who is a brand new grandmother. Unfortunately UPS did not deliver in time but I was reimbursed a partial refund and coupon code for any future orders I place. I appreciate it!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I received beautiful crystal for Christmas. Unfortunately, just a couple days later, my house cleaner accidentally dropped and chipped it. 3D laser gifts was able to look up the original order and replaced it for half price. Thank you.

Thankful and Impressed! I was in the ATL area looking for something special for my husband's birthday. I saw the beautiful glass sculptures made from pictures and knee this would be a keeper. My husband turns the lights on his gifted sculpture every week. The weight and lighting are just wonderful. BTW, I got this quickly before the New Year! Ordered it last week in December. I really had to thank the management for their thoughtfulness.
