The 3D wedding photo froze in time a cherished memory. They both exceeded my expectations and were high quality

Got this for someone else as a gift Got this for someone else as a gift , you guys told me couldn’t guarantee the quality because of how many faces in the picture with the small size I choose, but I trusted you and you delivered , came out great and you also removed the water marks from the picture, thank you and I’ll be back . ( amazing quality , very clear )

Defective Crystal Photo Bell x 2 After recieving the bell crystal photo, the crystal developed an opaque white interior density and the picture could not longer be visualed. This happend at the top of the bell. After the inititial episode 3D Laser printed and shipped a new one at no charge. When the same crystal distortion happened to the second one, I gave up. Did not report or ask for refund. I will not be using or recommending 3D Laser Gifts based on this experience. Great customer service. Defective products x 2 is reason for this 2-star review.

Fantastic service, wonderful product, fast shipping! The product is amazing! Fast shipping and wonderful customer service. When the print on one of the items came out flawed, they sent a free replacement within the week! Amazing company and I will definitely be buying again.

Amazing!! Amazing!!! Asked to see a proof and requested two minor changes and the end result was stunning. When my husband saw it he was shocked that something so perfect could be ordered online. He is very critical and always looks at the details and for the first time in all our 20+ years together he had nothing negative to say. It’s a gift we haven’t delivered yet, but we can’t wait for our friends to see it. Great gift great customer service great choice for that special moment. Thank you!!!
