Defective Crystal Photo Bell x 2 After recieving the bell crystal photo, the crystal developed an opaque white interior density and the picture could not longer be visualed. This happend at the top of the bell. After the inititial episode 3D Laser printed and shipped a new one at no charge. When the same crystal distortion happened to the second one, I gave up. Did not report or ask for refund. I will not be using or recommending 3D Laser Gifts based on this experience. Great customer service. Defective products x 2 is reason for this 2-star review.

Awesome anniversary gift Received the gift in just 3 days, extremely high-quality build. Much heavier and solid than I anticipated. The team did a great job getting 9 people into the scene! Really lovely product, was a big hit with my parents 50th anniversary.

This was custom piece that was put together with a combination of photos. Steve was very receptive and helpful with designing the piece and had it completed way ahead of the date required for the event. I would recommend this company to everyone based on my 2 experiences with this company and fantastic customer service.

The crystal is good quality with decent light base The crystal is good quality, the light base appears to have small scratch on the edges, not sure if it's used before but it still works and lights up the crystal art beautifully. I was overall pretty satisfied, just didn't like some aspect of the design of how the branches cut off the face and the hair still had some of the background attached to the outlines... but I understand the limitations for the design team. Since the part of the face behind the branch is distorted, it would require a photo without branches to do a better 3D feel. But as it stands, the outlines of the branch is cutting away the face which makes it look a bit weird at certain angles. So for the price I paid, the crystal is on the pricy side, but a gift is a gift so thanks for trying :)
