The crystal is good quality with decent light base The crystal is good quality, the light base appears to have small scratch on the edges, not sure if it's used before but it still works and lights up the crystal art beautifully. I was overall pretty satisfied, just didn't like some aspect of the design of how the branches cut off the face and the hair still had some of the background attached to the outlines... but I understand the limitations for the design team. Since the part of the face behind the branch is distorted, it would require a photo without branches to do a better 3D feel. But as it stands, the outlines of the branch is cutting away the face which makes it look a bit weird at certain angles. So for the price I paid, the crystal is on the pricy side, but a gift is a gift so thanks for trying :)

I spent 200 dollars for this mini… I spent 200 dollars for this mini crystal I’m soo disappointed it should have been bigger I ordered a medium size crystal it looks like a mini or a small Please reissue me a bigger crystal

Fantastic Job!!! Totally Pleased!!!! They did an awesome job. One of the photos I used was a diagonal position but it still came out great on the Crystal shape that I chose. The price was great. I got two small crystals for the price of one large crystal. Packaging and delivery were great too. My package came in the time anticipated and was enclosed in a nice box.

The heart shaped 3D engraving of our beloved dog who is no longer with us was absolutely beautiful! I got it for my wife for Valentine’s Day.
