I was so thankful for the customer service people who made sure she got her gift quickly. I had not noticed that my address had auto-filled for the shipping address. I quickly emailed customer service and they corrected it right away. The package was sent out the morning after my evening order was placed and my friend received it in 24 hours. I will definitely place more orders in the future.

Great experience Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

So many good things about my experience… So many good things about my experience with Unboxme. First, it was in line, if not cheaper, than most premade gift boxes I searched. Second, I loved that I could choose exactly what to go in the box. Third, I loved that most if not all products were supporting women and AAPI and may options were organic. I will definitely be using this service again!

Things you never thought to send … I really like the customization available depending on your need. Shipping was ok, I wish it were a little faster. Also with shipping, the package arrived damaged. Other than that, which was not unboxme’s fault, everything was phenomenal!

Wrong Address Made Right! Placed an order for my best friends birthday out of state and while using ShopPay, I accidentally had it scheduled to ship to my house. I sent an email and it was rectified quickly in less than two hours with a real response from an actual person! Not too mention, I love the selection of products to choose from
