Great experience Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

Wrong Address Made Right! Placed an order for my best friends birthday out of state and while using ShopPay, I accidentally had it scheduled to ship to my house. I sent an email and it was rectified quickly in less than two hours with a real response from an actual person! Not too mention, I love the selection of products to choose from

Low quality and value for the 40plus price. The box contents are awful - 40 + dollars for 6 bags of tea (1 dollar value), a pair of plasticky socks that fall apart after three wears (1 dollar value), a candle and a mug looking like they both came out of dollar store also? One could go to the dollar store, or five below, and assemble a better box themselves, for under 20. The items provided are not high quality at all.

Many cute options, can't go wrong! 💕 I decided to gift my SO a little care package because they were having a rough time. Ok picked the "Someone Is Thinking Of You" Mailer which I picked out the following: a Spearmint + Eucalyptus Bath Bomb; a pair of Luxe Cloud Socks (stone); the "Just for Today: A Guided Journal for Healing, Hope, and Daily Care"; the GF/Vegan Birthday Cake Cookies; and also one of their cute cards! They loved all of it and getting to mix and match according to their taste was awesome. There's some really lovely items to pick from! Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely LOVE Unboxme Absolutely LOVE Unboxme - I received a box as a birthday gift and it was so special knowing my sister in law had picked everything in it especially for me. I then went and gifted a box as a housewarming present for my best friend and she loved what I put together- highly recommend. The products are soooo nice and amazing brands.
