Things you never thought to send … I really like the customization available depending on your need. Shipping was ok, I wish it were a little faster. Also with shipping, the package arrived damaged. Other than that, which was not unboxme’s fault, everything was phenomenal!

Great experience Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

Website failed, waste of time I thoughtfully created my own box for my mother-in-law through the unboxme website and it was a total waste of 30 minutes. I selected 8 items, chose a card and wrote a nice message, typed in all of my billing info and address info, and then the website crashed and everything I had created was erased. So ridiculous. So now I have to google another giftbox shop and buy elsewhere.

Responsive, Empathetic, Customer-focused… Decided to use Unboxme for Mother's Day gifts for all the women at church. Sara got back to me and was great in terms of responsiveness and being customer-focused. She answered all of my questions...facilitated a refund because I forgot the coupon code when placing the order online...made the process smooth, easy, and expeditious.
