I really love UnboxMe I was so happy with this experience. The products are really high quality and beautifully assembled, and my friend loved her box. I think they're much nicer than a lot of similar products available — I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. My ONLY comment for improvement would be shipping speed.

Great experience Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

My first experience with Unboxme was… My first experience with Unboxme was what I received a gift box and I fell in love with the products. I purchased a box for myself, but due to it being over 100 degrees outside, some of the food items melted. I emailed Unboxme and they gladly replaced my items with no questions asked. Customer service has been excellent.
