GBMy first experience with Unboxme was… My first experience with Unboxme was what I received a gift box and I fell in love with the products. I purchased a box for myself, but due to it being over 100 degrees outside, some of the food items melted. I emailed Unboxme and they gladly replaced my items with no questions asked. Customer service has been excellent.

GBWebsite failed, waste of time I thoughtfully created my own box for my mother-in-law through the unboxme website and it was a total waste of 30 minutes. I selected 8 items, chose a card and wrote a nice message, typed in all of my billing info and address info, and then the website crashed and everything I had created was erased. So ridiculous. So now I have to google another giftbox shop and buy elsewhere.

GBWrong Address Made Right! Placed an order for my best friends birthday out of state and while using ShopPay, I accidentally had it scheduled to ship to my house. I sent an email and it was rectified quickly in less than two hours with a real response from an actual person! Not too mention, I love the selection of products to choose from

GBMy friend loved everything that she received My friend loved everything that she received. All the products were high quality. I was so thankful for the customer service people who made sure she got her gift quickly. I had not noticed that my address had auto-filled for the shipping address. I quickly emailed customer service and they corrected it right away. The package was sent out the morning after my evening order was placed and my friend received it in 24 hours. I will definitely place more orders in the future.
