Turn me Royal - awful service. This is the 3rd picture I have ordered from Turn me Royal. The first two were fantastic. The recent one is awful. It looks blatantly like two super imposed oversized heads and not remotely blended to look like a seemless painting like my other two. After many emails back and forth, the company now want me to return the portrait back to America from the UK and pay for postage. What are they going to do with it?! I'm not wasting my time doing that! They offered to do me a new portrait at an extra cost of £30 for shipping. I've already spent £90 on this picture which is not fit for the gift it was intended for. I offered to pay half the postage but Turn me Royal are being extremely unhelpful. I approved the review via email of the tiny image viewed on my phone it looked fine but in the flesh, its awful. I'm now £90 out of pocket with an awful picture that will go in the bin.

Their communication with me was great and the artist paid close attention to the detail of our photos and there was excellent communication between the artist and I. They made sure they took care of our needs and made the most beautiful picture. I will be referring Turn Me Royal to friends, family and coworkers. I have only great things to say about this business. Thank you so much. We will be ordering more!

A Most Excellent Gift to Celebrate Turning 90! What perfect birthday present can you bestow upon a friend who is celebrating her 90th year? A portrait from "Turn Me Royal," of course! I chose the lady in the rose garden photo and it is just spectacularly beautiful! The canvas photo quality is A+!! 5 Stars!! Two Royal thumbs up!! The picture has a super-clear image, the flower colors POP, and my friend looks like a True Lady In Waiting. It is truly a very unusual gift derserving of my friend celebrating her 90th year of life. LOVE~LOVE~LOVE IT!!!

Beware CANCELLATION FEE Beware this company! Their official "Return Policy" states clearly that there will be "unlimited free revisions" and 100% satisfaction with "full refund". After three revisions, my portrait looked nothing like the photo, and I requested a full refund. Back and forth through several emails, no talk of refund. Finally they offered me a partial refund because of a "cancellation fee". What? ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF A CANCELLATION FEE in their stated Return Policy. I have turned this over to my credit card company. I am still getting emails from TMR trying to say they mention a cancellation fee somewhere else on the site. Irrelevant. No fee is mentioned under the stated Return Policy section.
