I was surprised at the short time between placing my order and the time I received it. A matter of about 3 weeks! The quality was amazing, and my daughter & son-in-law loved it. We all laughed and laughed. They have placed in a perfectly prominent place in their home! I will be a repeat customer!

GBBeware CANCELLATION FEE Beware this company! Their official "Return Policy" states clearly that there will be "unlimited free revisions" and 100% satisfaction with "full refund". After three revisions, my portrait looked nothing like the photo, and I requested a full refund. Back and forth through several emails, no talk of refund. Finally they offered me a partial refund because of a "cancellation fee". What? ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF A CANCELLATION FEE in their stated Return Policy. I have turned this over to my credit card company. I am still getting emails from TMR trying to say they mention a cancellation fee somewhere else on the site. Irrelevant. No fee is mentioned under the stated Return Policy section.

GBImpressive Attention to Details. I was impressed that the artist worked with me through numerous (6?) edits until I was completely satisfied with how all three ladies looked. I am looking forward to presenting it to my daughter for her 40th birthday next month. It will be a great keepsake of her posed with her two daughters.

GBMy wife has traced her ancestry My wife traces her ancestry back to royalty in the UK and we have traveled there several times touring manners, churches, and other places bearing her maiden name. When I presented her with the portrait entitled "Queen", she was over joyed and pranced around for an hour. It is proudly displayed in our bedroom now. Thank you so much Turn Me Royal!
